You miss the point completely. Court cases aren't supposed to be decided on public opinion based on tidbits from gossip sites. They are supposed to be decided after both parties present their case and it is ruled on by a Court of Law. Brit should be allowed to argue her case like any member of the public, if the argument has no merit, she will not win, but at least she should be given an opportunity to be heard in accordance with the law.

And if y'all think Court appointed lawyers are great...lol....they are the ones that have the time to take on cases at the last minute, most good lawyers are not available for court appointed work. You get more the lawdawg quality lawyer if you are reying on court ordered representation.

As for Ingram being completely unbiased, you give lawyers alot of credit. Knowing a lot myself, I wouldn't jump to that conclusion. I'd be thinking that he's after the press and doesn't want to lose his ticket to this circus. He's probably hoping the press will get him more business.

94. This is great news!! It has been quiet on the homefront...which is great. Her Dad is guiding her in the right direction, and for that I commend you! Just get rid of Adnad and she'll be on her way too a full recovery! Kudos to Jamie Spears for taking control of the situation and for arranging for her children to be a part of her life again.

96. Sorry, "real lawyer" but I don't take on court appointments. My firm's paying clients keep us busy enough. As for my quality, my peers have given me an AV rating.

If you do any research on Samuel D. Ingham III you will realize that Brit is represented by one of the most qualified respected attorneys in LA in the area of conservatorships and accountings. Sorry, you're not going to convince me that Brit's due process rights have been violated. Go read the cases I cited.

Look, Britney is just a total idiot. It might be mental illness or drug induced. Most of the world can recognize that she should not have any unsupervised contact with her very young children.

I don't know what is wrong with her. What is wrong with her is protected by all kinds of privacy laws.

I, for one, do not care whatever happens to her.

I DO care about what happens to her very little boys

They were brought into the world because "crazy/ or drug addict" mama wanted them to be.

I really have some concerns about the 2nd son, Jayden, because he was held hostage by mommy, and he happened while mom & dad's marriage was circling the drain.

This little guy seems to be having a very tough time.

Real lawyer....although i am not a lawyer, i AM familiar with those who are....you watch a little too much tv by claiming that court appointed lawyers are not looking out for the best interests of their clients....maybe you should go back to your books....Brit's court appointed lawyer is doing a fine job...just not filling your pockets the way some ambulance chasers try to twist the system.
