41. What is shocking to me is that this is the third time someone on Idol was literally caught with their pants down, but not only that - they are going to keep him in the competition. Just like last year, that girl had those pictures of her nude on the internet. They let her stay in the competition. Couple of years ago - remember Frenchie. She was on that porno website - what did Idol do - they kicked her off the show. It's seems to me that American Idol only cares if you are a white male or female and no matter what you did - it's alright. Another person on this years idol - the rocker girl with the white streaks - she was arrested on a DUI - still in the competition. In another twist - The American Idol Fantastia couldn't read - they wanted to kick her off the show for that.

I can't understand the logic behind this show - American Idol - it just doesn't stand for American - unless your idea of American is white male and females can get away with whatever they want and still go on to fame and fortune, but anyone of color who does the tinyest thing - will indeed be asked to leave. Imagine that. Think about it.
