17. At least this kid has a good mother to make up for having an absent father. Visiting him once every couple of months doesn't really mean much compared to a full-time mother who is taking care of him 24 hours a day.

And this baby is already six or seven months old, so he should have been holding his head up independently for a couple of months already so this baby carrier is fine.
