Brit's Dad Pays Himself -- Out of Her Money!

31. What's the big deal with her dad getting paid from her money? Her dad normally works as a chef, and he can't work now because he's caring for his daughter who is ILL. Anyone else who took on that job would be paid. Show me somebody who's willing and able to work for FREE?! Daughter or not, it's still a job. There's nothing unusual about this to me at all. The media has really done a superb job on sensationalizing the fact that the people that are around Britney only want money from her. Sam Lufti, yes, Adnan Ghalib, yes, and all the rest of the people around her who are just hanging on, probably so. But her dad? C'mon. Britney hasn't been this stable in a good long while, and it's all thanks to him whether people like that or not.

I for one think he's her hero.

32. He's put everything on hold to care for his daughter and everything that has become this giant mess surrounding her. He seems to be the only thing that has worked. Trustee, executors and conservators are paid. His job here is not at all simple. Good luck, Dad.

34. This seems like a Twilight Zone version of Wacky Wednesday were the
parent and daughter trade places. Usually it is the parent that pays the child
an allowance not the other way around. I could care less about Britney
(honest) but I do hate to see someone taken advantage on a massive
scale.

35. I'll bet the judge would have awarded more $ if Jamie Spears would give Britney a good old fashioned spanking!
Poor dad has to put his life on hold and you cant put a $ tag on saving your own daughters life!
Just think what Britney's finances would look like today if the vampires were still bleeding her dry! If Britney didn't have someone watching over her ( in a GOOD and CARING manner) she could very well be dead right now.

36. ...the court determines what is a just and reasonable amount for the conservator to receive. $2500 a week is a mere pittance of what a professional conservator would receive.

Mr. Spears has restored some "sanity" to her life including the reconciliation with her children ~ hopefully that means more to her then all the money she has!

...and I'm sure when all of Britney's financial records have been reviewed they'll discover that they're saving her tens of thousands of dollars a month in unnecessary expenses, i.e., Sam and Alli!

41. I think he legally and morally deserves it. What he's doing cannot be easy--and he is putting his entire life on hold. That would be difficult, at best. It's probably a lot less money than she was losing to the sponges in her life. And it is a small price to pay for her to get her life back. I'm proud of you Papa Spears!

44. Whats wrong with him being paid for this. He was a hard working man who most likely had to give up his job, I think he was a cook or something, to take care of his child. He is human and has bills like the rest of us. At least he is with his daughter and helping her get through this. People need to look at the whole picture before opening their mouths. 45. yeap, all those associated with Ms. Spears want the conservatorship to end earlier IF she is capable.......AND I HAVE SWAMP LAND FOR Y'ALL IN FLORIDA!!!!!!! He ran to court now so that another challange won't bring them in at the next court date which is sometime in the next two weeks.........HE CAN KEEP HER OUT OF COURT NOW, and $2500 a week for babysitting WITH THE HELP of bodyguards and the female that's in all the pictures now..........he has the right to rent a car........well who's cat SUV has he been driving everywhere?????
