Brit's Dad Pays Himself -- Out of Her Money!

Britney SpearsA court commissioner has ruled that Jamie Spears can draw $2,500 a week from Britney's accounts as conservator of her affairs. It pays to be Britney's dad!

TMZ has obtained the minute order from yesterday's conservatorship hearing. In it, the judge ruled on the money, plus gave him the right to lease a car.

The commish also ruled that Samuel Ingham, Brit's court-appointed attorney, be paid $58,800.

As we reported yesterday, the judge also extended the conservatorship until July 31. But sources tell us that Jamie wants to end the conservatorship before then if his Brit's mental state improves.

I am a single mother with no money to speak of.........when the day comes that they need taken care of -whose money am I going to use to take care of them? THEIR MONEY! I am the chosen one and these are their wishes. It is expensive to take care of rich people.

79. I feel sorry for you people who don't know the love between family members. My parents put me before their own needs & I always tried to make life easier for them while they were still living. I would give any amount of money to have them with me today. Mr. Spears is doing a great job & it's better for him to get the money rather than some vultures like Sam Lutfi.

80. To those that don't like this remember If it wasn't him it would be her mother.
And she'd be doing what she always has. Living of the kids. Remember when they got divorced he did what all divorcees should do and got a job, earned his way.He had to, he didn't get anything from his kids unlke Lynne.
I wonder if she had anything to do with that. Wouldn't be the first ex-wife to manipulate a mans children against him out of spite.

85. Good for Daddy and good for Brit! Maybe Brit will let the conservators later on become her $ managers so The Lutfis-Eardleys-Alleys- Streisands and Sands of the world will have to EARN their own $. All her money should be protected !

Does anyone know when Eardley gets his day in court?

86. OK, let's put this in perspective. SHe makes almost a million dollars a month. He can't run his business and her messed up life, so he wants a little, piddly 2500 a month. Big f''in deal. Let him have it. At least she isn't running around town like a messed up wench. That should be worth more than 2500 to anyone. And, by the way, until you have a child, you have no idea what it is like to LOVE a child and want to make sure they are safe and sane.

87. She's getting a deal @ $130,000.00 a year. Do you have any idea what a personal assistant makes? What about a manager?

Factor in the cost of living in California, and as far as I'm concerned, Mr. Spears is underpaid. It's equivalent to the California pay scale for a software exec...a college professor..and is just barely shy of a RN salary in LA.

He's earning every penny. Keep in mind the guy was working prior to having to assume this responsibility.

party in a couple of days and I
expect to be fairly compensated.
I think $100 for my time, $20 for gas
and $25 to reimburse myself for her
present should do.
