Brit's Dad Pays Himself -- Out of Her Money!

Britney SpearsA court commissioner has ruled that Jamie Spears can draw $2,500 a week from Britney's accounts as conservator of her affairs. It pays to be Britney's dad!

TMZ has obtained the minute order from yesterday's conservatorship hearing. In it, the judge ruled on the money, plus gave him the right to lease a car.

The commish also ruled that Samuel Ingham, Brit's court-appointed attorney, be paid $58,800.

As we reported yesterday, the judge also extended the conservatorship until July 31. But sources tell us that Jamie wants to end the conservatorship before then if his Brit's mental state improves.

While he's taking GOOD care of his daughter, he just can't work!!!

92. I would think Britney is a very selfish daughter if she didn't help her parents out since she's making that kind of money. The Spears family did without to help Britney become successful so why not make their lives easier. When Britney became successful she said, "I have dreamed about this day since I was a little girl". Her parents didn't pimp her out, it's what she wanted. Anyone who has a daughter who dances will understand the many hours of hauling them back & forth & how much all the lessons cost. I've been there & done that so it's no easy task.

THESE RECORDS SHOULD BE SEALED BECAUSE THIS IS A FAMILY MATTER.

And for those of you saying he was a chef, rubbish, when/where do you say he attended culinary school? HE'S A COOK, DUMMIES. Big difference. After he ran the restaurant Brit bought him into the ground, he probably thought his free ride was over, but now thanks to you idiots and a commissioner with zero respect for a person's human rights, he is now got the court's sanction to further exploit his daughter.

98. Jamie Spears is a Real and caring Father! He is also a REAL MAN for stepping up to the plate and handling this mess in such a classy manner! You dont see him hiring a PR guy and/or saying stupid things to the press or paps!

He is reminding me of Dirty Harry! (using lawyers and judges as his weapons of choice!) Dirty Harry never seemed to raise his voice and just efficently took care of business! Same as Jamie!!

I know what you're saying anonymous but there are some people on this site who are saying in an ironic way that they want to get paid for going to a birthday party of their relatives when they know full well that Bratty Britty is a handfull. They seem to not want Daddio to get paid for his hard work. Daddio is working hard for his money. The irony af it all. They need to put themselves in Daddios place. Just saying how it is.
