Richard Belzer, who plays a detective on "Law & Order: SVU," knows one sure way to make the world safe from (and for) celebridiots. Unfortunately, it would also put TMZ out of business.

16. Poor Belz. I've serious screwed up my knee a few times and it's no fun. But basketball? Yeah. Right. Sure. Probably more like something from the Kama Sutra! He's still hot. No matter how he really did it, I hope he heals up quickly and completely.
