Gummi Charged with Heroin and DUI

The LA District Attorney has just charged Jason Davis -- aka Gummi Bear -- with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor driving under the influence. The controlled substance in question -- heroin. Yikes!

Davis was popped by LAPD on Ventura Blvd. in Van Nuys last Friday. Police sources told us at the time of the arrest that the substance in question was cocaine, but it turns out it was much more serious than that.

65. Like I said before, Heroin addicts/junkies in movies are all skinny, but in real life that is not the case. Aretha Franklin was most certainly not skinny when she had a heroin problem back in the day. A former friend of mine also gained weight using H. If you've only seen junkies in movies, that would explain why you think they are ALL skinny. Most are, but not all. Plus, he may not use everyday, who knows... On a similar note, I thought this guy was on heroin for sure b/c he's asleep in all of his pictures on this website. Sleeping in public constantly usually equals heroin or opium derived problems.

66. Heroin, and all illegl street drugs are federally controlled substances. They are CI drugs. CI drugs are considered to be the ones with no medically approved uses. Marijuana is also a CI drug, as are the following. GHB, Cocaine, Ecstacy (MDMA),
LSD,Magic Mushrooms, and so on.
