47. Like others have said, she looks so big because she's short, she's nine months pregnant and that is a bad angle. At least she doesn't look like Nicole Kidman. Nicole needs to not worry about her figure and worry about her kid. Have you ever wondered why Hollywood kids are so effed up? It's because they are malnutritioned during the biggest development stages of their lives. GET REAL PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
