Celebrity Justice
O.J. Won't Be a Felon Till Sept., Earliest

OJFor those of you waiting to relive the 1994 glory days of an O.J. Simpson trial, you're going to have to wait a little longer.

A judge today ruled that O.J. will stand trial on armed robbery and kidnapping charges in September. The late date was a request of O.J.'s attorneys, but the judge did not agree throw the charges out (like that was happening) and did not rule on whether or not O.J. will be tried separately or with his co-defendants, Charles Ehrlich and Clarence "C.J." Stewart.

16. Is this guy just hoping these charges out-live him? This is really disappointing. By the way, whoever wrote to have "Ron Goldman" as the reporter, I hate to tell you this, but he got dead along with Nicole. I'm sure you meant FRED Goldman.

25. Letreece,

Educate yourself. Read the biographies of the lawyers who worked on both the criminal and civil trials. Then maybe your opinion will have some weight.

In the civil trial, in which there was more time to prepare, OJ was found GUILTY - only a majority of votes were required but he was found guilty UNANIMOUSLY!!!!

26. Letreece---Obviously there is doubt, or he would have been convicted of murder. White people on here are clueless.

29. jimmy sez- I just hope that the trial is doesn't come on Labor Day weekend. That's the JERRY LEWIS MDA TELETHON. That is the only thing that's important in Vegas that weekend. Let them start his trial later on. How dare OJ think's he can steal Jerry Lewis's magic.
