O.J. Won't Be a Felon Till Sept., Earliest

OJFor those of you waiting to relive the 1994 glory days of an O.J. Simpson trial, you're going to have to wait a little longer.

A judge today ruled that O.J. will stand trial on armed robbery and kidnapping charges in September. The late date was a request of O.J.'s attorneys, but the judge did not agree throw the charges out (like that was happening) and did not rule on whether or not O.J. will be tried separately or with his co-defendants, Charles Ehrlich and Clarence "C.J." Stewart.

49. Just wondering - has anyone considered that Letreece was being sarcastic or facetious? Maybe her words should be taken at their face value, but sarcasm was my 1st reading into her comment. Peace everyone!

50. To the one who thinks O.J. is innocent of murder! He was found not guilty by a court of his peers. That does not mean he's innocent! It means with the evidence that was given in trial the moron jurors did not find him guilty based on the evidence. That does not make an innocent man! In the court of public opinion he is " a Killer". It was his so-called celebrity that got him off, just like a few other celebrities I can think of off the bat! Let's see Robert Blake, Phil Spector, Michael Jackson, etc.. I am a firm believer in karma, what comes around goes around! O.J.'s day of justice is coming! If I ever wanted to commit a serious crime and not get convicted I think I'll do it in California! It seems everyone walks there! However, I know for a fact that the Metro-Dade police in Miami still have an open investigation on O.J.'s girlfriend supposed fall at a gas station! She had so many bruises and hits in the head to just be a fall at a gas station! Hey! Letreece O.J. might need a new girlfriend soon. You up for the domestic violence?!

Are you out of your so-called mind? He was found to be responsible for the deaths of Ron Goldman & Nicole Brown in civil court. His buddies, who helped him break down the hotel door & hold the people hostage at gunpoint, are all testifying against him. Oh yes, he's guilty of murdering his wife, and he's going to be found guilty of this. And, as for your "I guess you don't walk around free if you killed somebody" remark, look at Phil Spector. He's free right now, but is going to be retried; he did it, and he's going to pay, just like ol' dumbass arrogant OJ...

52. I agree with most of what "Wise Up" said (I'm not sure about Phil Spector yet). For Latreece and JJ, let me explain. First of all, he was not found INNOCENT. That is not a legal term. He was found Not Guilty. The reason for this bogus verdict is that the jury nullified the charges based on the Rodney King incident. Yes, the race card was played, and this time it worked, even though OJ had no real ties to the black community. It was a sad and divisive tactic, but with a mostly black jury, who returned a verdict in less than 4 hours, there's no way they even LOOKED at the evidence. Jury nullification is not new; it's been done before and will be done again. It should only be used to serve the greater good. That didn't happen in this case. He WAS found liable for their deaths. I do not think you are deserving of being called any names, but please listen to the reality, and understand this is not an innocent man. If this doesn't clear it up for you, nothing will. Thank you for your time.

oj is the lowest form of humanity. to murder nicole knowing full well his children 's lives would be devastated forever because of his evilness and kill ron who died doing a favor for nicole's mother by returning her glasses to nicole. oj will never have god's forgiveness because he will never come clean about what he did. oj is pathetic
