76. According to New York law, Matilda will be provided for regardless of Kim Ledger's intentions.

What ax to Heath's unclews have to grin in this battle? What is the old family feud and how large was the estate over which Heath's father and his brothers were fighting? 81. A good offense is a good defense? Actually, Matilda is Heath's ONLY heir, and the person who looks after Heath's child should or will ultimately handle all of Heath's money in trust plus enough for raising her to the age of majority. Why does Heath's Dad have any say here at all?
