The 50-year-old former actress resurfaced at a NYC premiere on Tuesday, looking ferocious.
In April, Donna will celebrate her 25th wedding anniversary to Dan Aykroyd.
According to IMDB, Donna hasn't worked since 1997.

Just think, the way L.L. ,Paris,Kim k, Precious BRITTNEY , and a few more will be gone by 25-30 y.o. or under the knife .So you better get a good look at Natural True Beauty- Donna D while you can, not gonna be many hold up like her anymore.
