Some people think David Hernandez should be tossed off "Idol" for shaking his man parts at a gay strip club -- but Simon Cowell is much more sympathetic to the plight of a man who wears tight clothing.

34. Idol is being so freakin' two-faced about tossin' Frenchie under the bus and now lettin' this guy go to the front of the bus. One way or the other, Simon and band of money makers should be fair, not discriminatory. Rev. Al, time to call out Idol as you did Imus.
