94. If he lands the top office, he will turn on the caucasians who got him into office just as most of the blacks are turning on The Clintons. There was no doubt in my mind regarding Colin Powell but this man doesn't begin to have the stature of Colin Powell no matter the Ivy League credentials. He only takes the caucasian half of his lineage out of the closet as is convenient to manipulate others for their votes.

96. To the McCain supporters...Been hearing that even some from his own party as well as generals have expressed great concern about the volitity of this man...that he has a violent temper. THEY are asking the question...do we went want someone in the white house with his finger on the button who could be mentally unstable. I am greatful to McCain for his service to our country. 100. I am sick of hearing that the young people are for Obama. They have no clue what reality is. Most don't know what a hard days work is, most have been hand fed all their lives. Almost fifty percent of the children being born now days come from out of wedlock. These girls/women don't just stop at one either they continue to reproduce. They do not take on the full responsilbility of providing for these children, they want the government to help out. The young men and women of today are lazy and very immature. They have never stood in line with hundreds waiting for a job application they never saw unemployment at 12%. All they know who is winning on American Idol. Not saying all the younger generation are lazy and free loaders, but i can say a hell of a whole lot of then are. With 1 in 4 having STD'S it means they are too lazy too even use protection. The older American knows what life, taxes, work and resonsilbility is about and they know who is the right choice. That is why we all must vote, whoever here whos state has not voted yet.

103. i have no problem with Oprah's African school, but yes, she could have done something like that here too, especially in poor places where she was born - Mississippi? How did she miss THAT? Just goes to show no matter how big you are, you are subject to flaws.

Oprah needs to tread carefully from here on in.
First she got duped by that Fake book writer who she had back on and she let him have it.
Second, she had that plastic surgeon on letting him sing his practices - Kenyan West's mother died at the surgeon's hands.
Third, she backed Obama, when clearly Hillary was a better choice. AND THIS WAS A WAKE UP CALL about Oprah for me.

i'd like to get beyond race. i await the day when we refer to people just as a "man" or a "woman" instead of a woman and a black man. but we are not there yet and both sides are to blame. But Oprah is in a high profile Leadership role, and she erred big time, because millions act according to her preferences and they really rely on her judgement.

I'm praying that God steps in and pulls it out for Hillary as he did with CA and MA when hope seemed gone.
And i must say here that there are some staunch Black Leaders who have stuck to their guns and said, Listen, I was backing her from the beginning, and i have no intentions of changing because obama is the more popular, so i shout for joy for those who are that brave.

John Lewis who was so close to MLK obviously didnt learn the lesson of not judging by skin color and standing up for the right person regardles of whether it is comforting or chalenging. Shame on John Lewis who made up his mind that Clinton was the better candidate but changed his vote to please what is "popular."

Hillary and some others who dropped out earlier deserve to be in this fight.
John McCain deserves to be in this fight.
Obama deserves to learn the ropes the same way everybody else had to. why should he get a free pass?
