I would like to see this story published by a main stream media source
before even considering it to be anything but pure lies and deception.
One has to ask why Courtney is not being interviewed on TV about this
"diabolical plot."

While this smells to me like another distracting hoax by Courtney,
only meant to confuse and mislead readers as she gets more of the
attention she constantly craves. She also has to come up with several
nonsensical excuses for Frances' missing 40 million trust fund. This
money needs to somehow "reappear" before Frances turns 18.

Courtney stealing Frances' trust fund is the only thing that makes any
sense here, and it would be no surprise. The real surprise would be
allowing Frances to actually get that much of Kurt's estate! It's
more likely that Frances would have an "accident" before she turns 18
and Courtney would inherit the 40 million for herself.

This would be a crime of enormous proportions, involving millions of
dollars. The authorities would not allow any outside investigators
hired by Courtney to interfere with their state sanctioned, criminal
investigation, (if there was any truth to it).

They didn't stop me because they considered Kurt's death to be a
suicide. Suicide is not a crime. If they were truly investigating a
possible murder, I would not have been allowed to interfere with their
investigation by questioning people on my own.

The logistics, timing and phony "facts" do not add up.

Identity theft that is still making millions, even after after 14 years!
Give me a break!!
All she had to do was cancel and change her bank accounts and credit
cards after Kurt died.

It's very easy for ANYONE to get ANYONE"S social security number. It
does take a minimal effort, but it can usually be done in less than
one day.

If you've ever bought a house, you'd have to wonder how someone could
complete the mortgage process using a stolen credit card and some
else's social security number. (Kurt's driver's license was with him
when his body was found).

Give me the address this "stolen house" and I'll do the real estate
data base check. This so-called real estate transaction would be so
easy to prove or disprove, you don't even need to hire a private
investigator. Money trails are very easy to follow.

Daughter or not, a child cannot give permission to a parent to steal
their trust fund. If the money was stolen after the child turned 18,
the child can refuse to prosecute and say, "I'm giving it to her."

But not when the money is stolen while still in trust. The child
cannot give the thief permission, even after she turns 18 and even if
the thief is her own mother.

Courtney should be very nervous if she's still missing any money from
her daughter's trust fund, mush less $40,000.000!!

2) LEARN STREET SMARTS- AGAIN THE SAME AS THE ABOVE- GOSSIP CAUSES A LOT OF HURT ON THIS STREET.

35. Regarding Courtney Love as if she has a mental illness, gives to her all of the protections of city, state and US laws on disability based discrimination. It is as illegal as racism, sexism, homophobia and ethnic discrimination. If the police ignore her complaints because they say she has a disability they are violating all of the laws that prohibit such bias. That includes but is not limited to the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and many other statutes. It does not matter legally if she actually has a disability. What matters is that the police think she has one and deny her access to police services and protection because of their perception. These laws extend the equal protection of laws, Amendment 14 to persons who are regarded as having a disability as well as those who have a disability or have a history of having a disability. Psychiatrists make up illnesses by consensus. Psychiatry is a business of personal opinions masquerading as science. It is a means of social control without due process protections. It is the easiest method of discrediting a person for theft or to destroy a career or reputation.
I watch TMZ often. I write about discrimination toward persons with disabilities in the media. But what is an outrage is that government officials openly violate discrimination laws against persons with disabilities and no one questions the unlawful abuses. If the TMZ report is accurate this is an example of the police denying protection to a person they perceive as having a disability.
The free use of hateful words about persons who are accused of mental illness is shameful. But few journalists give equal status to hate against persons with disabilities as they do for persons of color. That indicates another form of discrimination by journalists.

38. let me say something for those of you who seem to just babble on and on about Courtney Love do you understand she KILLED her husband? that was the MOST vicious thing you could do to a person b/c you want something from them..their fame and control. I know she is probably focused on it for the rest of her life. I wonder what her daughter thinks of it.
