Did "Top Model" Troop Trash Tribeca Loft?

The bitchy beauties of "America's Next Top Model" made a pricey Manhattan loft their personal romper room, according to a new report, causing $500K in damage -- and supposedly reneging on a $125K settlement deal.

TMZ just spoke to two residents of 39 Lispenard Street, and they confirmed that the place was "trashed," and that the management company has had "serious" problems with their not-so-model neighbors.

Earlier, the New York Post reported that the 14 girls splattered "ketchup and coffee" all over the walls, damaged a $15,000 chandelier "beyond repair" and caused $90,000 of damage to a store below. What's more, according to the Post, the crew "punched hundreds of holes in the ceiling" and tore up the Brazilian wood floors.

TMZ tried to contact the landlord, Michael Marvisi, who's threatening to sue, but he couldn't be reached. We also called the CW and Tyra Banks' rep, but they had no comment.

don't stars do this all the time (trash hotel rooms, ect.)
so what they're acting out, they're on t.v they wanna act like it! the previous TopModel chicks were nasty as well (those who watch the show in the first place know this)

7. Well, it figures. I watched the first episode of this cycle and it seems the girls are getting trashier and trashier each cyle. They are so ugly anyways. I think Tyra picks them based on their great "personalities" to cause conflict and get ratings for her pathetic show. I hope the landlord and store they caused damage to sue the hell out of Tyra. If they really did cause $500k in damage...sort of defeats the purpose of the $100k prize (is that what it is?) and the so-called covergirl "contract" for a year. FUNNNNNY!!! I guess we will see footage of this on the show, right?!?!?!?

10. I think it is the classic rags to riches that do not know how to act. These young ladies are only using what God gave them, it is not something new. I think the show has run its course. Regarding dot spotless comment, comparing Oprah and Tyra is like apples and strawberries. Just because they are Black Americans do not mean they should be lumped together. Oprah has a lot of power, but she earned it and is giving back to the community.

11. anyone who has had the misfortune of living in an apartment building where a modeling agency rents a space to house their models already knows that they tend to be vapid obnoxious morons with no basic social skills whatsoever. The tenants of my building in Chelsea spent over a year trying to get elite's male models out of the top floor apartment and finally succeded after multiple police incident reports. They would yell, scream, run up and down the stairs at all hours on weeknights, vomit and piss in the halls, skateboard inside their apartment, and that's the lesser offenses their nieghbors had to endure! No one should have to live near people like models, except other models...I can't imagine why they woluld bother putting them up in such a nice building, they deserve to be housed in a college dorm or decaying tenement with the way they behave. Better yet, stop promoting vapid soulless emaciated freaks with no redeeming factors other than looking pretty in loads of makeup, airbrushed photos, and overpriced fashion!

13. I'm starting to think Tyra is not as sweet as she makes out on Top Model and The Tyra Show. I thought she was so great at first but now i think it's all about making money. I'm sure those billionaires can afford to pay the expenses, would be like an odanary person paying $5.

Who was watching them ? THey couldn't do that much damage overnight , it took time to make that big a mess. They didn't appreciate the huge opprotunity they'd been given ; they should be ashamed of themselves ; Tyra needs to make it right without a fuss ; she has the most to lose ...she better step up like she's always spouting and CORRECT THIS in a decent , moral way , if she doiesn't then i'm not watchin her show no mo ' ! lol , i luv Tyra she's a good girl she'll do the graceful thing.

15. this is not the first time this has happened. why is everyone so shocked? they have trashed the house every season. mr jay came in one day and had to turn around and leave because he said it smelled. and there have been several airings showing the girls cleaning or fighting about cleaning.
