Did "Top Model" Troop Trash Tribeca Loft?

The bitchy beauties of "America's Next Top Model" made a pricey Manhattan loft their personal romper room, according to a new report, causing $500K in damage -- and supposedly reneging on a $125K settlement deal.

TMZ just spoke to two residents of 39 Lispenard Street, and they confirmed that the place was "trashed," and that the management company has had "serious" problems with their not-so-model neighbors.

Earlier, the New York Post reported that the 14 girls splattered "ketchup and coffee" all over the walls, damaged a $15,000 chandelier "beyond repair" and caused $90,000 of damage to a store below. What's more, according to the Post, the crew "punched hundreds of holes in the ceiling" and tore up the Brazilian wood floors.

TMZ tried to contact the landlord, Michael Marvisi, who's threatening to sue, but he couldn't be reached. We also called the CW and Tyra Banks' rep, but they had no comment.

47. Come on people! Tyra is damned if she do damned if she dont! You can't please everyone. This show is about making money AND helping someone who would not probably get the opportunity to pursue there dreams. Tyra is a business woman who had some dreams that she worked hard to make into a reality.
It is awful that society hates to see people acheive some success. If anyone is to blame...it should be these ADULT women who are receiving an opportunity of a lifetime! If you are not a fan of the show, don't watch it. That is what so amazing about our country. WE HAVE CHOICES!! Stop the hating on Tyra!
By the way this show is one of the TOP RATED shows making$$$$$$. Ordinary american people with no prior background or experiences are being chosen to look there dreams in the eye!! Stop complaining!!!!

48. Here's a wild thought.. if you don't want your place trashed, DON'T LOAN IT OUT TO A REALITY SHOW.. *GASP* and if you do, then there's this craaaaazy thing called insurance and a contract keeping the home owner protected.

This is useless news and waste of time.

49. First the only reason that it cost so much is because Tyra and the TV network paid that much to make the loft what it is.... Two these are not vapid heartless girls we are talking about hear, there are 18- 25 year old girls that have not had that much time to grow up... They come from the same back rounds as you and me and some (Like Fatima) come from even worse. If you took any 18-25 year old girl and put her in a house (and or loft) like the one they live in with 12 other girls her age and gave them what ever they wanted ( some of the stuff in that loft is worth more then some of these girls homes) and they acted like most college girls then of cores there is damage to the loft. I have lived in a house with 5 other college girls and let me tell you nothing was ever clean (unless there was a party), we where up at all hours of the night, and some times we got crazy and stuff got thrown all over the house. The only difference between the damage we did to our house and the damage these girls did to the loft is how much things cost ass well as because Tyra and these girls are worth money that people are going to try and get all they can from them and make everything seam worse then it already is.
And Third one of the main reason that Try hands picks these girls is so the show is not just about a grope of rich pretty girls with no personalties and are all under 20 pounds. She hand picks girl that with a little help could make it in the modeling world... there are plus size girls( witch are more like the average American size girl), there are girls from all walks of life.... from the geto of NY (Eva) to holly wood hills ( Muhammad Ally's nice)
Truly all of you should get off your high hours and get over your self... I will be the first to admit that I would act a little crazy if I was ever given an opportunity like that... who can say that if you where hand piked by Trya Banks to live in a house like that , have your face all over TV, have your name know in the modeling industry and a chance of a life time, who could say that you would be completely in check and not give in to your iner child ? I mean it is every girls dream to one day be fames! So before you cast a stone at these girls or Trya for that mater and look at your self and how you might react to being throne into a situation like that when you where in your lat teens early twenty's.

Now I will say that I fell bad for the other tenets living in that place because I do know what it is like having a hole bunch of young girls that age living next store for an older person like me it is some times hard to sleep when there is nosies at 2 in the morning.... But does that really make them such horrible vial sole less people? or does that just make them young girls having the time of their lives?

50. TYRA is a business woman trying to give other young ladies a chance that MIGHT not other wise get an opportunity to become a model. Give her some love, She deserves MAD RESPECT for being a positive influence on the multicultral young woman she gives this exposure to. STOP THE HATE BECAUSE YOUR LIFE AIN'T GREAT!
