34. Joe came to Panama City Beach and acted like he didn't have to play by the rules. He spread his money around and didn't care if the girls were minors or not. What do you think the cops would do to you if you did that? You would be labled a sex offender and your life would be screwed FOREVER. He just got what he deserved. Then when he was in our Bay County jail he was found to be in posession of drugs and a ton of cash. When he got caught, he cried like a little bitch. I can tell you one thing, don't screw with the cops here in Bay County. Joe's troubles are long from over. He's gonna get a lot of jail time. STUPID IS AS STUPID DOES!

39. Bay County is full of uneducated hillbillys. They have one of the worst public school systems in Florida, and voted down a tax already in place to improve them. They are not terribly bright and are kicking and screaming to stay that way.
Real estate values there have plummeted, redneck riviera indeed.
