I think it would be ironic if it was Sam Lutfi who did it, because he found out how easy it is to steal money with a conservatorship.

17. If this is a prank, I hope they catch and prosecute the guilty party for wasting the time and money of sending emergency personnel. The person needs to pay with jail time and reimburse taxpayers for the expenses of this prank.

Also, we have bomb threats all the time in our schools (a source of great aggravation). Very few of the callers are caught because they usually use pay phones to make the calls.

22. Happy people dont try to kill themselves. I like heather l she seems very sweet and down to earth.. by all means i dont think someone that happy would do something like that. As for Denise R i think this women is sick and twisted to bring her kids into a reality show for some cash and since her career is down the tubes. Way to go charlie im glad u never went back too her. "As previously stated by the Ventura County Fire Department, they responded to a call that had no merit and left almost immediately. No psychiatrist called 911 on Ms. Locklear’s behalf," the rep said.
