Pat O'Brien Out of Rehab - Into Junk Food

Pat O'Brien is out of rehab, but execs at "The Insider" are mum about his future.

Our spies spotted POB at Gelson's market in Pacific Palisades last Saturday. He looked painfully, painfully thin with sunburned skin -- "bordering on scorched" we're told. He loaded up on at least ten cans of Pringles and a bunch of bags of M&M's. At one point he was at the deli waiting for his number to be called, when a woman recognized him and started the whole "Oh my God," thing. Pat wanted no part of it and just bailed. Guess he didn't find it "so f***in' hot."

We called "The Insider" to find out if POB is coming back. A spokesperson told TMZ, "At this time Pat O'Brien is focused on his recovery and it's inappropriate to comment on rumors about the show."

31. PageSix.com reports that Osmond's gig on 'Insider,' at first temporary while host Pat O'Brien spent time in rehab, has now been made permanent. A rep for 'Insider' would only say "Pat O'Brien is focused on his recovery in rehab, and it's inappropriate to comment on rumors about the show."

37. Funny how they won't comment on this loser. What hypocrites. Him included. He revels in others problems and blasts them all over the t.v. What's good for the goose.... This man is a sick-o. Guess it doesn't feel so good to have others hunt you does it Pat?????? This is the same man who works for a show who takes advantage of celebrity's misfortune and the same man who works for a show that follows a baby to the grave of her mother for the first time. Sick! This man should be hunted and harassed by TMZ and any others and have it all on t.v. for the world to see. Sick bastard!

45. I have never cared for him on The Insider. He gives me the creeps.
You can practically smell his alcoholic stench through the tv screen.
Lara should be given props for tolerating him and not gagging while standing next to him!
