Francis -- Free from Florida!

Joe Francis has just finished a court appearance in Panama City, Florida, and he's a free man, after agreeing to a plea deal that will keep him out of jail -- and sources tell TMZ that Joe will be back in L.A. as early as tonight.

TMZ has learned that Francis has plead no contest to the charges of filming underage girls, and has been sentenced to time served. What's more, "Girls Gone Wild" can't film in the area for three years. Bay County, we're told, will return Joe's brand new Ferrari, and $60,000 that they confiscated from him last year.

Joe tells TMZ, "I am happy to be done with Bay County." He's been battling these charges since 2003.

32. Good for him, all the charges were BS anyway. The girls signed a release, He had them on video telling them what their ages were, and they produced ID. He has been in jail for how long. Not to mention I think everyone has fogotten how he was kidnapped buttraped and blackmailed a few years ago. Is there anything worse than this? The whores in his vids do this stuff on their own. Like this guy is a problem for society. It's not even porn. You can go to New Orleans on a Tueday night and see the same thing. What a waste of taxpayers money. Do that at least wash his Ferrari thats been sitting for a year?

I caslled that yesterday. when I heard you were going to plea. and to the haters out there....How are you nausiated by a guy who gives girls the opportunity to walk away? They all sign agreements thaty say they are ok with being filmed. Joe is a hero to plenty of fat geeks and old men who can't see young boobs on thier own.

44. YAY justice was finally served ... partially. He never should have had to spend those 10 months in jail and go through this horrible experience due to some BOGUS charges. Well at least he's a free man now.
