Landlord to "Top Model" -- Strut into Court!

The landlord of the loft that "America's Next Top Model" used -- and, he says, abused -- for the current season, gave the show's production company a deadline of yesterday to pay for over $500K of damage. They haven't paid up, and now, says Michael Marvisi, he's going to sue.

TMZ got snaps of some of the damage Marvisi alleges was caused by the models and the crew, including significant water damage to the floors and ceiling -- and it looks pretty rough. Marvisi says he's already filed a complaint with the mayor's office to warn any prospective landlords about the show.

The CW didn't get back to us with a comment.

16. I think that they should be held accountable for the damage that they did. U know they have the money.

20. What a joke! It says under one of the pictures that the water damanged was caused by a plumbing problem that occured while they were repairing damage AFTER the lease was up. That would be the contractors fault, not ANMT. Most of the pictures were from the water damage way after ANTM was gone. Tell the whole truth TMZ!!

21. I can understand the holes in the celing, but the pictures of the floors are hard to tell. Its just ripped up flooring. So maybe the landlord got pissed about the ceiling and wanted to get a lot more renovations out of the situation. And besides that, they were polaroids? Anyone notice that? Im sorry but a digital camera with blown up shots would be a better way to present the story. So who knows what the truth is.

22. Nice exaggeration of the facts. The pictures and accompanying comments seem to indicate that 90% of the damage was from the crew - not the models. A little sexist - blaming the female divas???

23. the girls this season are absolutely disgusting. I love the show but these girls are all nasty evil girls. None of the other seasons have the girls seemed less grateful and more uncultured. terrible.

24. This is obvioudly a case that should be thrown out of court because this is a small claims matter. This landlord is a real wack job to think that loft has so much damage. Actually this can be a common occurance on set and it happens all the time when your renting people's house. Art Department cannot babysit the crew and from the pictures it's clear the grip guys left behind a mess as usual.Good Luck getting rid of this WACK JOB Tyra!

25. OK, so there is a picture of the ceiling with massive holes, my question is how the hell did all those holes get on the ceiling. Seriously did they throw bowling balls up there numerous times or what? I think the land lord is being supercilious!
Greedy!

26. I worked in a hotel to pay for college, and trust me if you get a bunch of prissy girls or guys together, they can do that kind of damage to a hotel room.

27. Call me crazy, but I can't see how it was Top Model's fault that they had a plumbing accident while doing repairs. Sounds more to me like they were fixing something, made a boo-boo and decided that they needed someone to pay for it so they want ANTM to pick up the bill for their fancy flooring.
