Nick Bollea's pre-trial is set for April 14, where he's charged with a third-degree felony for reckless driving causing serious bodily injury. The maximum sentence is five years in state prison. Graziano's condition is still critical.

This kid gets 18 months in jail, and serves no more than 9 for good behavior in jail that most people wouldn't mind living in. He gets out in 8 months for good behavior. Then the wrongful death lawsuit gets filed for about $20 million. Why just 8 months? Because rich and "famous" people don't do hard jail time, only the little insignificant people do jail time. Don't forget the talk show circuit and book tour when he gets out to make even more money. That's what happens when society panders to and worships no talent wannabe "celebs"
Lenore, you're posting lies. The headrest broke from John's head hitting it. Would you also like to debate what color the sky is?
Keep on keepin' on, FIGHT.
Bottom line--resulting to blatant attacks and namecalling because you disagree with someone is never effective.
Fight, I think what Lenore is saying, and which I agree with,is that the results would have been the same had he had a seatbelt on - when they hit, the car was Backward, not head on,so yes, it does make a difference of the impact. Regardless of age, or why they were friends, etc etc, they both decided to get in a car together, both involved in the accident, and now there are consequences. Poor judgement on the parties who thought it would be fun to race that day - that is what caused the accident (and perhaps alcohol), not their decision of being friends and to wear or not wear a seatbelt..
Fight, when exactly did i say that his head hitting the headrest did not cause it to break? The headrest broke during the first hit. When the car's back end hit the tree. I was foolish enough to believe that you would be smart enough to know that meant the break was caused when John's head hit it. Sorry, I didn't realize that you are a blithering idiot and need everything spelled out for you.
lenore, you need to research this ... i just did and FIGHT is right his head broke the headrest. just google "john graziano headrest" and it pops up, article after article about how his head broke it. i think nick should have the book thrown at him, but people like you aren't helping my arguement.
Lenore, perhaps if you hadn't of said "The injuries John sustained would be the same with or without a seat belt", I wouldn't have assumed you meant him having his seatbelt on wouldn't have changed anything ... especially since if he had his seatbelt on, the headrest wouldn't have broke off, and his skull wouldn't have been punctured. So now you're making even less sense than before.
Lenore is a perfect example of people rushing to judgment, and not thinking things through ... or even properly researching the subject. Ignorance at its finest.
LOL- uh, "FIGHT", is it? Let me help you out a bit, as I am an attorney in the Bay area....
At no time was John Graziano responsible for the actions of Nick Hogan behind the wheel. Nick Hogan is being tried as an ADULT. The OWNER of the car- Terry Bollea- is culpable for actions of theerator of said vehicle, along with Little Nicky himself- Graziano is recognized as a passenger in the car, hence a BYSTANDER.
No, John Graziano's head did not "snap back and break off the headrest"- Graziano suffered a blunt force trauma to the back of his head- near the base of his skull- as a result of metal from the impact of the crash being pushed into and breaking the seat. The scenerio you report is physically impossible. The only person who said that Graziano wasn't wearing a seatbelt is Little Nicky; However, forensic evidence determined later in the emergency room says otherwise.
Whatever your agenda is- if you're one of LIttle Nicky's "friends", or you think you're doing him some good on here- I wish you luck; However, you would come off much more credible if you were correct in at least some of your "facts".
The fact that this case hasn't been pled out already bodes poorly for Little Nicky. The criminal case is inconsequential- regardless of culpability, Little Nicky will get a token criminal sentence; The real case is the civil trial, where hopefully John Graziano will be awarded enough money to live out the relatively few days he has left in comfort and with dignity.
Llittle Nicky will screw up soon enough again, anyway- zeros always do.....
The headrest is behind the head. How exactly would wearing a seatbelt. You know the thing that keeps you in the seat have helped in this case? Think about that one. The injuries would have been the same. Probably worse actually because wearing the seatbelt would have held him tighter to the seat thereby forcing the bar from the headrest further into the base of the skull.
Poor John, sorry I did not make myself more clear. I agree with you. He should have the book thrown at him.
J in The Bay, Thank you for clearing that up. I stand corrected on my end. According to TSPT they said it was the broken headrest that caused the major injury.
J in the Bay...." LOL - " FIGHT" , is it? "......just that comment alone from u has me laughing my gut out!!!...I haven't even read ur post yet!! hahahah
SHOOT O! Ya needed a flu shot!!! :) Takin pics I hope? What do you think about Mary Ann? LOL!
Britney Spears might miss a lot more 'X Factor' auditions ... because she can! Simon Cowell gave Brit damn near free reign in order to sign the pop star to that $15 million deal -- but is it backfiring? We'll tell you what peeps on the set are saying.Plus, Chris Jericho's…
