I'm pretty sure what TMZ is trying to say here is that it's a big change from the old Britney, who used to have a full-on paparazzi entourage every time she made a move, and she really seemed to crave the attention and act out inappropriately to get more of it. Nowadays, it's pretty dull, everyday stuff - getting her own lunch, trying to have a job, trying to do normal things that normal people do.
