Hogans Told To Stay the H*** Away

Tired of what they think are PR stunts, the family of seriously injured John Graziano has reportedly banned the Hogan family from his bedside.

Graziano family attorney Kimberley Kohn told the St. Petersburg Times that she believes the Linda, Brooke and Nick's Valentine's day visit to the hospital was a "a total (public relations) stunt" because pictures of the trip appeared on several celeb websites.

The attorney for the Hogans (whose real name is Bollea) says that's crap. "The Bollea family has been visiting John for the last seven or eight months, and there's been no PR about it whatsoever. It's a bunch of nonsense to suggest their visits to John are a PR stunt. That's crazy."

Last August Graziano was injured in a horrific crash when he was a passenger in a car driven by 17-year-old Nick Hogan. The yellow Toyota Supra careened out of control on a street near downtown Clearwater, Fla. and crashed into a palm tree. Witnesses claim Bollea and another driver were racing. Bollea faces felony charges of reckless driving with serious bodily injury.

61. He made that mistake too many times and chose to keep making it until this happened. He pushed and pushed and pushed his luck, and now he deserves jailtime.

62. ALSO, Nick had 4 (excessive) speeding tickets within a year of getting his drivers license. Why didn't he have it revoked?? And even if they courts don't revoke it, it should be his PARENTS RESPONSIBILITY to take it away themselves. Maybe if they had STEPPED UP this horrific accident may never have happened.

It's all disgusting.

63. I'm sorry to hear how Nick has gotten himself in trouble and his friend is in a vegative state but both parties must take full responsibility. People are stating how the friend should have buckle his seatbelt well with Nick being the driver he shouldn't have moved the car until both seatbelts were buckle. Being in Nick's car leaves Nick responsible for whatever happens. Just because he's Hulks son doesn't mean that he should be treated any different. He should pay the price just like everyone else.

64. This little punk deserves to have the BOOK thrown at him!! I am so sick and tired of celebrities getting away with everything!! Go to jail and rot you little sorry a%$ punk! I hope all the money in the world does nothing for you! It is owed to Graziano's even though no amount will be able to erase what you have done!

65. Thankyou Ashley and Chica.

I think I've figured out all the "It's all Nick's fault" posters. Apparently these people were born perfect. They always obeyed every rule, never questioned authority and instead of going through their teen years like the rest of the world they went straight from age 12 to age 21 so there was never any room for error. I salute you o great ones. God bless the perfect people!

66. hey puddin - it wasn't our actions that put someone in a vegetative state. the only hope for his friend is maybe one day he'll be able to blink his eyes. i wish tmz would put up the pictures of John with a breathing tube, gashes in his head up.

67. He is a spoiled little brat who should go to jail.

68. Hey puddin:

Not perfect but would never conitnuosly drive wrecklessly like that until someone is practically dead. Is that too much to ask?

69. I am so sick of this whole seatbelt thing. Goodness, have you seen the photos of the car??? Does anyone truly believe that a seatbelt would have saved his life???!!!! Nick probably wasn't wearing one either, hence he could care less that his passanger wasn't wearing one. I do realize that seatbelts 90% (or some number like that) do save your life but I can name you a few where it has killed. One: The only person to wear a seatbelt was in the backseat of the car behind the drivers side. The car hit a telephone pole - the ONLY kid with the SEATBELT was ejected from the car becuase he was strapped to the seat and died instantly. Two: Two children in the back seat, twins 8 yrs old, both with seatbelts on. A drunk driver of a snowplow hit the car headon - the one child was decapitated the other child was cut in half the mother was the only survivor - guess what - no seatbelt on her. Three: This is a little opposite: A 1 1/2 year old was lying down on the backseat instead of being in her car seat. The car was struck headon by a drunk driver. The mother's head hit the windshield, father dislocated his shoulder. The cops came the dad leaned in to get the child (which made it look like he was getting her our of the car seat) and noticed she had not moved from the, she never fell off, and the carseat was covered in broker glass.

No one will ever know if a seat belt would have saved his life. Come up with something better to bit*h about.

70. It would be nice if Nick could get a sentence that might make a dent in his life but also help him understand the problem... For example, how about

1) banning him from racing anywhere for a good long time (10 years? Life?)
and

2) lifting his license for a good long time (years, not months)
and

3) requiring him to work in a nursing home or similar facility for a good long time, where he can see firsthand what it's like day in and day out for people less lucky than him after such accidents (some simple tasks, though, he doesn't seem to have too many skills at the moment)

That might be more effective than a short prison term (especially since prison is not usually too conducive to helping people become good community members, and definitely not something I would wish on any 17 year old). Just having a real job for a while might change him a bit, especially if he can get away from his family (who are obviously not too helpful in helping him grow up).

Nick is really a sad case - pulled out of school by his dumb parents for a dumb reality show, given too much stuff and not enough responsibility. His parents should have taken away his license and the car keys the very first time they found out he was driving recklessly (whether or not the cops caught him) and let him wait until he was more mature before giving them back. Instead they kept encouraging the racing despite his immaturity.

And yes, the driver is indeed responsible for not budging the car until everybody is buckled up. That's what I've always done. If I could out-wait my aunt when she balked at wearing a seatbelt, Nick could do the same for an older friend. If he couldn't, then that was a sign he wasn't mature enough to drive. Don't they teach anything in driver's ed these days?!?

71. John is a big boy and knew what could happen driving around drunk with nick...they are both at fault and neither should take full blame.. and wow I didnt know Hulk slammed Brookes friend....good stuff Hulk.. hahahaha

72. For all of you saying that both parties need to take responsibility, how exactly should John take responsibility? He is in a coma. You suggesting they wheel him into a jail cell? When a person is pulled over for not wearing a seat belt, they are issued a ticket. If one of your children crossed the street and didn't look both ways would you sit there and tell them they got what they deserved when they get hit by a car? Linda and Terry should have taken away Nick's license after the first ticket. Instead, they thought the better course of action would be to allow him to take up race car driving. Nick has yet to own up to his actions. When asked by John's mother if he was speeding the night he wrecked the car he lied and told her no. He is a coward pure and simple. Oh an accident is something that couldn't be avoided. If Nick had not been drinking and speeding he wouldn't have wrecked the car. It wasn't an accident. It was an idiot person making idiot decisions.

74. Time to face the music. At least his friend is still alive (even though just barely) and he's not facing vehicular homicide charges.

My cousin was killed as a passenger in his "friend's" car. His so called friend tried to pin it on my cousin saying that my cousin was driving when police records state the "friend" was pulled from the driver's side. My cousin's legs were severed in the accident which is what killed him. The "friend" only suffered from a broken leg, him and his family NEVER apologized.

The Florida justice system sucks. Nick will probably get away with it just like my cousin's "friend." (He was tried in Florida, too.)

75. i cant believe that there are people that are actually trying to say that "ITS JUST AN ACCIDENT". i bet you people wouldnt be saying that if your family member was in johns position. you have to put yourself in there shoes to to understand both sides. i agree with some that say that both are to blame, because john is old enough to know how and when to buckle up but its nicks fault for not making sure that john had his seat belt on. EVERYBODY knows that the driver is responsible for the passengers in their car. thats why the driver gets the ticket when theres somebody in the car not wearing a seatbelt. of course nick was smashed and thats probably why he didnt make sure both of them were buckled up but, again, that was his fault. people please dont make this sound like its not a big deal because any car accident that envolves someone getting seriously injured is a VERY BIG DEAL.............
