76. To #68 Lenore, excellant post. None of this should have ever happened but it did and I put most of the blame on Terry and Linda Bollea. Nick has proven over and over again that he is immature and with 3 major speeding tickets you would think they would have the sense to pull his license and hand him a bus ticket. No he claims to be a trained race car driver yet he cannot go to high school...people are dumping on John Graziano...he should have worn a seatbelt, he should not have been with Nick and on and on. Blaming John is useless. He is paying the price with his life...he is in a vegetative state, comatose, completely helpless, a man condemned to the living death. Yet a few misguided people feel that Nich has been punished enough. He's been called a child. I am not saying that those of us who want to see justice done have never made mistakes. No we are not perfect but we do see that this was a horrible wreck, not an accident just waiting to happen. How much more must the Graziano family have to bear? I hope they have barred the Bolleas from seeing John. They have that right. Nick doesn't even have the balls to stand up and say, I am responsible. As I recall he said at one point "John's body is perfect. He bumped his head". I guess I am like alot of people who are just plain sick and tired of the lack of empathy that the Bollea family seem to be so full of. To you puddin, think about it......how would you feel if John were your son, father or brother. And a family full of morons kept telling the public how well he was doing...knowing full well it was all lies....especially putting the blame on your loved one who cannot defend himself.

Hey dumbass, the only ones that ever said that he didn't have a seatbelt on were, surprise, surprise, the Hogans. Therefore, that claim is 100% unreliable. 78. To my knowledge, NO police officer, NO medic, and NO witnesses have ever said John wasn't wearing a seat belt. The ONLY people who have EVER said anything about the seatbelt if Nick and his family. This information comes from the same source that said Nick WAS NOT drinking before the accident, the same source that said Nick WAS NOT speeding, WAS NOT racing, WAS NOT doing anything that caused this accident, and that the accident was the result of a damp street.

Ummm. yeah, so anything Nick says, I will certainly believe, NOT!

What should be done with this situation that has been dragged on and on and on and created nothing but more stories for people to yap about is that they should pull the plug on the poor Marine and lock Nick up for life with no possibility for parole or visitation from his family...then take half of what the Hogans are worth and give it to the Marine's family...Then you'll have an even playing field...they'll both have half the money and have lost a son.

This happens all the time....a teenager driving a car and his friends wants to ride with him and a wreck happens and the child driving and the parents are sued....happens all the time...Did this friend have to be in the car with him...no...but these are kids they make wrong decisions and they drive too fast they have no sense of death ...they believe they will live forever...or never be hurt or never have a wreck...they are kids with cars and keys and its horrible...but Nick did make a decision to drive fast and his friend was probably ok with it and loving it like most of us when we are young we like to drive fast............hopefully the kid will live but I cannot understand how the family can blame Nick when he of course is to blame and he made a bad decision like most kids will....Myself I would have made sure my son was home and never with this kid Nick...I mean I watched their show and the mom was always talking about how fast Nick was driving and how she was going to take the keys....but whatever she would try to do the DAD the hulk would not agree with her...oh well it happens all the time to all parents and children who drive and wreck

85. its getting old seeing clebrities getting into serious trouble then getting out of it., or do a few mins., jail term and making a mockery of our legal system. and whats worse is the legal system allows it!!
nick jogans ass should be behind bars. this kid he dang near killed is laying immobolized and not knowing his fate while hogan is out partying, laughing, and having fun. to make a PR STUNT OUT OF THIS TRAGIC ACCIDENT IS ABOUT AS MORBID AS IT COMES. Um. Hulk Hogan had literally faded into oblivion before he made a concentrated effort to thrust himself, and this time his family, into the limelight. So yeah, it IS their fault. 89. If I understand correctly, the young man hurt is a Marine..... Marine Corps regulations state with no exceptions that every Marine is to wear a seatbelt when in a vehicle....Driver or passenger, EVERY vehicle in EVERY state or country. There is a reason for this regulation and there are NO exceptions. Even if he was no longer in the Corps he was the one responsible for not having his seatbelt on regardless of what the drivers were doing. If he had made the decision to put on his seatbelt he would most likely not be lying in a VA hospital now and his family would not be going through what they are. Nick and the other driver were at fault, but to a degree so is he. I hope the best for him and his loved ones and my heart goes out to them all

90. I Love the Hogan's! I do however think that Nick needs to grow up!! I also believe that John knew what he was getting into when he stepped into that car. His personal poor choice put him where he is!! People need to take responsability for their own actions and his family needs to quit acting as though John was an innocent victim.

Nick does need to pay for his poor choice also by going to jail for awhile and paying the family a couple mill. I think half of the judgement since half responsibility for John's condition falls on John.

#1...he shouldn't have trusted such a young....wet behind the ears driver with his life.
#2 ....this probably was not the first time he participated....proof being he wasn't even uncomfortable enough to wear a seat belt.

Hulk is great!! No problems there!! Brooke is Beautiful, smart and all around a wonderful young lady. Her parents should to be
proud!! Linda......Linda!! I'm sorry but you are materialistic and spoiled!! I do like you but you take Terry for granted and don't seem to appreciate the life he has afforded you. You will soon realize the grass is not greener.....and that you had a wonderful, devoted Husband. You will want him back....if you haven't already realized this!! Most men you are going to find out there will use you and run to the next hot young thing!! You are not 30 anymore!!
