I saw the show earlier today. The reason she looks "different" in her promo pics for dirt is called PHOTOSHOP.

She's gorgeous - her bone structure is fantastic. She doesn't need makeup off camera. Most starlets are only pretty b/c of their makeup, Courtney is a natural beauty. Very rare.
