Steve-O Is Outta His Freakin' Mind

Steve-OSteve-O and Britney Spears now have something in common: a 5150 72-hour hold at a Los Angeles hospital. But according to his blog, Stevie boy knows exactly what his problem is.

Steve-O just honest to blogged this morning, hoping to explain his recent problems. Under the headline of "You should all know I am in the looney bin" it reads, "They call it "code 5150," that means "psycho,"legally, f*ckin bat-sh*t, certifiably. I'm outta my mind, believe-you-me. How'd I get this way? How can this be? It's gotten so bad there's nothing left of me."

Steve-o (whose real name is Stephen Glover) also claims his Jackass buddies are the reason he's now getting help, "Johnny Knoxville, Jeff Tremaine, Big Regg, Swizz, Rick Kosick, Dimitry Elyaschevich, Cordell Mansfield, and Trip Taylor came to my home and, physcially [sic], forced me into the hospital."

16. This really comes as no surprise. Anyone who staples his scrotum, drinks his own urine, and just plain old beats himself up for a career, TRULY has some serious mental issues. I am just surprised this did not happen sooner. Were there a medical cocaine clause in California law, like there is for pot, he would still be out there acting like a jack-ass - LOLOLOL!

18. these people take any drug they can get their hands on, eventually get brain damage and then claim to have had mental problems all their lives. Suggesting that drugs have nothing to do with their fall. All the self induced mush brains like anna nicole, britney spears, amy w, Pete deherty, courtney love have one thing in common they are drug addicts.

I have a feeling people might not agree on this, but seriously if you take a look at the whole blog he comes across as a very intelligent man who has some serious issues that he just hasn't been addressing his entire life. I hope he can find the strength to get help after this, stay sober, and deal with his bi-polar. I actually feel bad for him, he seems to have finally hit rock bottom. Then again, didn't we all say that about Britney when she shaved her head? Who knows..

20. I read this might have been a ploy for that Ashton Kutcher show, "Pop Fiction" ...the one where Paris Hilton was riding around with that "guru" for a week.

I don't doubt the dude is crazy but I am doubtful that he has finally realized he is nuts. I think he is oblivious to his insanity.

I could be wrong, though... but word out in gossip land and other gossip blogs is that it's just a publicity stunt for that "Pop Fiction' show.

27. "Thanks for helping out with PETA..."??? PETA kills animals, including 97% of the pets they took in to help in 2006. All KILL shelters have FAR better records. A homeless pet will almost certainly die if taken to PETA vs a kill shelter. Pathetic. Those animals didn't have to die, they could have found good homes. PETA has the money, time and people to ensure it...but they didn't and won't, because they loathe domestic animals. What about their rights? I wish Steve-O well, but hope he'll take a much closer look at PETA.
