16. Regarding Sheryl Crow....I have reead that she and Stevie Nicks are good friends and Stevie actually approached her a few years ago asking her about possibly joining Fleetwood Mac. I was dumb-founded then and I am now.

Sheryl Crow, in my opinion only, hasn't EARNED the right to be w/ Fleetwood Mac. She isn't that good. I won't be buying anything w/ Sheryl Crow on it. I never have. My husband likes her early stuff but I've always thought she was not a heavyweight talent like Stevie Nicks. Pretty marginal in my book.

I'm saying it AGAIN........Pa and Ma benefit by keeping Brit's money any way they can........keep the conserv. going Judge and later on she will either be institutionalized or do what they want her to, better known in the trade as "pimping the daughter out" so they can just keep riding the gravy train.........no one should be surprised that they are cozy with Kdeadbeat, birds of a feather flock together..........now are ya'll starting to see why Brit was going nuts..........with a family like her's who needs enemys!! She bankrolled Pa's last restaurant venture....... she pays the bills for just about every family member.......and now they are given the great priveledge of getting away with it all. They will have lawyers tie their names to everything she ever had or hopes to have............her guest appearances go into the conserv. her music goes into the conserv. and the lawyers will say they thought they were helping!!!! 19. debeers...why is it that only a few of us saw this coming? 99% of people were saying there was no way he'd take any money from her, then we hear about the $2500/week, the leased car and now she's buying him another restaurant. I saw this coming weeks ago and was posting it and everyone was saying no way would pa do that, he wasn't in it for the money.

And to think the Commissioner still won't let her talk to a lawyer of her choosing, even though she's ok to work, drive sign with new agents etc. Crazy stuff and unbelievable that it can happen.
And isn't it odd that TMZ has buried this little story with a bunch of others, when her buying a new pair of sunglasses makes headlines here. Maybe they have a relationship with Jamie that they don't want to ruin, someone's been giving them inside info and I certainly wouldn't put it past pa to be selling his daughter out to TMZ...we know it's not Sam.

20. I am so disguested with that HOOKER Ashley Dupre. I hate how people keep calling her a "high class call girl" and glorifying it. She is a HOOKER, a prostitute, with unlimited potential diseases. Now she's making ridiculous amounts of money off her music, and getting offered millions to pose in adult magazines, and movies. I find it repulsive. And to top it off, she will not be charged as a prostitute, and have to register as a sex offender - WHICH IS WHAT SHE IS.

23. Britney has a beautiful large mansion in Kentwood, LA. Her mother has lived there for years, as well as Jamie Lynn. Britney also pays her mother's monthly bills, as well as a new car every year.
Britney's father is on the Gravy Train now. What is awful is that he and K-Dud are teaming up to get even more of Britney's money. When Britney gets well, she should kick all of these free-loaders to the gutter - including Kaplan, of course.
I hope Britney's new lawyers have the sense to investigate all the gold digging moochers on Britney's payroll.

24. HEY SUE - If I had Britney's money I sure as hell would get my mom,
dad, and bro whatever the hell they wanted/needed/desired all without
them ever asking. I have a wonderful family and would do everything
in the world to ensure they were "taken care of" and never had a lift
a finger the rest of their life if they didn't want to. I do think of
her fam as "free loaders on a gravy train" as you put it, but as a
family being lifted into another lifestyle thanks to their successful
daughter, Ms. Spears.

26. Who remembers that phony balony BS kiss between Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley at that music award show many, many years ago and their subsequent marriage? Even Lisa later realised it was Jacko's attempt at PUBLICITY. That's where Paris and Benji are. Pathetic

28. Re: Sheryl Crow. I have no idea whether Crow is "good enough" to be in Fleetwood Mac. What I do know is that she's done quite a bit of producing over the years (I think she may have even produced Stevie Nicks' last album?). Plus Fleetwood Mac desperately needs a replacement for the steadying influence of the unfortunately forever-retired Christine McVie, if only to dilute Lindsay Buckingham's influence at least a little bit. I think Lindsay's a genius on the guitar, and he sings and writes well, but I question his talent as a producer. Listening to Fleetwood Mac's last album made me want to keep Buckingham FAR away from the mixer and special effects synthesizer.

Alas, it will be hard to replace the vocal chemistry Christine McVie had with Buckingham. I always thought their two voices meshed perfectly, much better than Nicks' did with Buckingham's. Actually, I don't think there's anyone on the planet who could replace Christine McVie's vocal or writing talents, plus she was a very good keyboard player too. Hopefully Crow will not try but will instead attempt to establish her own niche.

One last thought about the "good enough" comment - most everyone who posts here is probably too young to remember this, but back in the early 1970s (before Rumours came out), some people thought Nicks and Buckingham weren't good enough for Fleetwood Mac!
