Brit to Sam -- Have a Bitchin' Spring

TMZ has learned Sam Lutfi has agreed to back off the Brit for another 30 days.

We've learned Lutfi and the conservators have avoided the court showdown tomorrow by agreeing to extend the restraining order against Lutfi for 30 days. Under the existing order, which expires tomorrow, Lutfi must stay 2 1/2 football fields away from the Britster and basically have no contact with her at all. The parties have agreed to extend that order.

The Commish will sign off on the extension at the hearing tomorrow.

Sources tell TMZ there was a meeting between Lutfi and the conservators last week. Lutfi had been locked and loaded to fight any extension -- so it appears something that happened during that meeting changed his mind.

We're told Lutfi believes the restraining order extension is a good thing for both him and Brit.

2. They probably showed Sam all the evidence they have on his stealing and other exploitative actions. He agreed, because he doesn't want it out in court tomorrow and hopes it will buy him time.

4. You always wonder what on the mind of the 2% who agree with Sam. This gal before her dad stepped in was running all over town acting like a nut. Out of control and just kooky, now she seems head in a better direction. We all believed Sam was possibly drugging her or getting drunk. Plus there's alot money missing and uncounted for when he was in charge.

6. This guy is slime and everybody knows it! He even knows it, that is why he agreed to an extension. I hope Britney has learned a big lesson and even if the order is lifted in the near future she will decide on her own he is no good and stay away from him!!

7. sam lufti should be prosecuted for lying to the authorities and endangering britney.

kaplan, sands, sam,& adnan all have either sold photos of britney or exploited her -- for a large amount of money.

9. I agree with Post 2. They showed him a bit of what's being investigated on him and he knows he's in a world of trouble. So he's not pushing it right now. Eventually, he'll either end up in jail or with such fines and restitution he'll never get out of debt. I vote for jail!

The funny thing is.....Brit probably doesn't even WANT to see him.....AND judging from personal experience, it wouldn't be the "same" or as "fun" as she remembered it as, even if they DID get together....somewhat anticlimatic, disappointing and uncomfortable when one of the parties changes (Brit) and one stays the same (Sam). Hopefully he's just not waiting till Daddy leaves to screw with her mind again.....she does seem to be easily influenced by others. Old habits die hard.
