Brit to Sam -- Have a Bitchin' Spring

TMZ has learned Sam Lutfi has agreed to back off the Brit for another 30 days.

We've learned Lutfi and the conservators have avoided the court showdown tomorrow by agreeing to extend the restraining order against Lutfi for 30 days. Under the existing order, which expires tomorrow, Lutfi must stay 2 1/2 football fields away from the Britster and basically have no contact with her at all. The parties have agreed to extend that order.

The Commish will sign off on the extension at the hearing tomorrow.

Sources tell TMZ there was a meeting between Lutfi and the conservators last week. Lutfi had been locked and loaded to fight any extension -- so it appears something that happened during that meeting changed his mind.

We're told Lutfi believes the restraining order extension is a good thing for both him and Brit.

32. I wish someone would do something about this Lufti guy. He's lucky she's not my daughter cuz he'd be the first person I'd take care of for hurting my child. Forget a restraining order, he needs to be put away for doing what he did. Anyone else who'd do what he did would've definitely been prosecuted and jailed so why not him? Her "parents" need to be real parents and not just worry about her financial status. Lufti hopefully will get his eventually.

Sam Lufti was responsible for getting britney admitted to the hospital , with the help of a counselor, not only that but sam wanted to control britneys assets with howard .
Also : an investigation towards kaplan, adnan, sands, sam for exploiting & defaming britney is warranted.

Give it up! If your boy Scam were innocent, then this would not have happened. I would bet that they had some concrete stuff on him and said flat out 'Leave or get prosecuted!' I cannot see any god reason why this person just can't simply move along to his next victim! Scam needs to realize that he is already one of the most hated people in America! By trying to continue to leech off of Brit, he is only making it worse for himself! Hating this a-hole is about the only thing that both the Brit fans and haters can agree upon!

35. I'm beginning to think Sam needs a 5150 and 5250 in a psych ward. He is not related to Brit so why is he still around? He's just mad because he couldn't get more money out of Brit before he got found out. They need to be putting a life time restraining order on him so he'll go back to pumping gas.

36. 'todd', perhaps for entertainment/car crash viewing pleasure ( if you can call it that). I think watching Scam's trial on CNN would be entertaining as well! Either that or stage a fake Britney concert for only her most fervent fans and drop him off in the middle of the stage that's surrounded totally by fans and watch the fun ensue! THAT would be cool!

39. Sam never per say drugged Britney. He only tried to ensure that she took her medicine as prescribed by her doctor. Britney had no desire to have her parents running her life. Sam had nothing to do with the issues between Britney and her family. Sam is the one who finally talked Britney into allowing Lynn back into her life. Sam was responsible for Lynn Spears coming to L.A prior to Britney going to Cedars.
Sam Lufti never stole a dime from Britney. Sam had no access to any of Britney's money. Sam was and still is Britney's closet friend.

43. 40. Sam Lufti still lives in L.A where he has resided for years. How do you think Sam Lufti survived in life prior to meeting Britney? Sam worked in the entertainment business and he is basicly financially stable in life.
Adnan stated in an interview with access Hollywood just recently at an ED Hardy fashion show that he had not worked since December 07. Who is supporting Adnan?
