Brit to Sam -- Have a Bitchin' Spring

TMZ has learned Sam Lutfi has agreed to back off the Brit for another 30 days.

We've learned Lutfi and the conservators have avoided the court showdown tomorrow by agreeing to extend the restraining order against Lutfi for 30 days. Under the existing order, which expires tomorrow, Lutfi must stay 2 1/2 football fields away from the Britster and basically have no contact with her at all. The parties have agreed to extend that order.

The Commish will sign off on the extension at the hearing tomorrow.

Sources tell TMZ there was a meeting between Lutfi and the conservators last week. Lutfi had been locked and loaded to fight any extension -- so it appears something that happened during that meeting changed his mind.

We're told Lutfi believes the restraining order extension is a good thing for both him and Brit.

I think a deal was worked-out because Sam had subpoenaed Britney as a witness for the hearing tomorrow. Britney being Britney, was probably rearing to be there to testify for her "best friend".

The public backlash from her going to court for her "best friend", but not her children would have been unrelenting. I think Sam was told to give it another 30 days to see if Britney could come around to establishing some kind of relationship with her kids.

I don't think that Sam's relationship with Britney was a good thing, but Britney doesn't seem to have any friends at all. Sam took advantage of that, and stepped in to that vacuum.

64. 60. You have to admit that, in spite of all the bad talk about Sam, there hasn't been a big "tell-all" story from him about her. If he was really just out for the money he would have taken advantage of that opportunity already. I bet he's regretting he ever met her.

67. Britney isn't the one blaming Sam. Lynn is the one who made the declaration. Based on that declaration and Sam's own words/actions the public, Brit haters/supporters alike, blame Sam, not for all of her behavior, but for taking advantage of her.

If the Spears were willing to obtain a restraining order against him, then they sure in hell would have pressed charges against him.
The Spears basicly lied in order to obtain a restraining order against Sam in an effect to keep him out of the picture and to isolate Britney. Even with a restraining order Sam still attempted to assist Britney in fighting the conservatorship. I.E Jon Earderly. The Spears knew that Britney would resist a conservatorship and they knew Sam would help her do so.

I think LiLo has stopped associating with Alli. I think Hollywood and its lawyers have decided how to respond to Sam and Alli, and the Spears family.

Because investigation takes time.

The Spears basicly lied in order to obtain a restraining order against Sam in an effect to keep him out of the picture and to isolate Britney.

Restraining orders are not given on lies but based on facts.

Sam said “watch this, see how much control I have over her” and he said” Britney, I’m going to go to Orange County to Ken’s for his Birthday party” Sam always held the phone up so I could hear whatever Britney was saying. Anyways, I heard Britney say ok, let me get my jacket, then Sam whispered and chuckled and said to me “watch this” then he said ” no Britney, I’m going to go by myself, she went crazy starting to cry and said :” no Sam please don’t leave me here alone” and she was at his knees and he was laughing saying ” get up off the floor bitch.” then she ran out of the room crying and yelling.

All I am attempting to do is point out the fact that Sam Lufti is not the monster the Spears have attempted to make him out to be. Sam never attempted to drug Britney in an effect to hurt her or take advantage of her. He only attempted to ensure that she took her medicine on one occaision after she had stayed awake for three days.
He never embezzeled one single dime from Britney. Sam was and will remain Britnedy Spears friend regardless of what you may think of him.

74. And just how much time do you think is needed to supposedly investigate Sam? Ever heard of innocent until proven guilty? Duh!
The only proof pertaining to the restraining order is the statement that Sam made to US Mag about giving her a handful of medicine and the mag literally took that comment out of context.
There is obsolutely NO evidence or proof that Sam Lufti was nothing more than a loyal friend and assistant to Britney.
