Brit to Sam -- Have a Bitchin' Spring

TMZ has learned Sam Lutfi has agreed to back off the Brit for another 30 days.

We've learned Lutfi and the conservators have avoided the court showdown tomorrow by agreeing to extend the restraining order against Lutfi for 30 days. Under the existing order, which expires tomorrow, Lutfi must stay 2 1/2 football fields away from the Britster and basically have no contact with her at all. The parties have agreed to extend that order.

The Commish will sign off on the extension at the hearing tomorrow.

Sources tell TMZ there was a meeting between Lutfi and the conservators last week. Lutfi had been locked and loaded to fight any extension -- so it appears something that happened during that meeting changed his mind.

We're told Lutfi believes the restraining order extension is a good thing for both him and Brit.

K-FED, SAM and Adnan, have all been labeled monsters and users by most Britney fans.

77. Let's see... Britney was worth over $100 million before she met this idiot and now she's worth less than $40 million now. I'm not saying a large part of this isn't Brit-Brit's fault, but you do the math.

79. Sam is a complete scam artist and has a track record of befriending down and out celebs.....

However he threatens his so called friends and should be place in jail for what he has done to people in his past.

The guy lies about his accomplishments and honestly is the reason why Britney has fallen so far.

Ask anyone who has ever had a drug problem or known a hussler....

Hopefully Brit will stay on the right path and get her act together.....

I have faith that her Father will help her straighten out and we need people to stand in her corner and root for her.

Remember Drew Barrymore well she once was just as bad as Britney and so was Robert Downey JR.....

They were able to kick their habits and get their careers and live's back in order.

So lets have some faith and pray that Britney reclaims her life and starts being a good mother.

I am sure being raised under the spotlight since the Mickey Mouse club has not helped.

80. To Rat : the one who claims Sam is innocent of all . We basicly DO NOT believe you ! And, WE make up the JURY !!! Are you some kind of a NUT ? Brit's attorneys have the goods on Sam and Adnan. Accept it ! Remember you can fool some of the people some of the time. And some of the people all of the time. However, my Sweet CJ, you cannot fool ALL of the people ALL of the time. Do you actually know how much money 60 million dollars really is?
How much money Britney Spears has actually been worth at any given time has also been nothing but speculation in the tabloid. Besides, the majority of Britney cash assests have always been under the control of her trust in which her brother Bryan is the conservator. And that point alone would make it impossible for Sam to steal 60 million dollars in 6 months.
