Brit to Sam -- Have a Bitchin' Spring

TMZ has learned Sam Lutfi has agreed to back off the Brit for another 30 days.

We've learned Lutfi and the conservators have avoided the court showdown tomorrow by agreeing to extend the restraining order against Lutfi for 30 days. Under the existing order, which expires tomorrow, Lutfi must stay 2 1/2 football fields away from the Britster and basically have no contact with her at all. The parties have agreed to extend that order.

The Commish will sign off on the extension at the hearing tomorrow.

Sources tell TMZ there was a meeting between Lutfi and the conservators last week. Lutfi had been locked and loaded to fight any extension -- so it appears something that happened during that meeting changed his mind.

We're told Lutfi believes the restraining order extension is a good thing for both him and Brit.

There are few if any real sympathizers to Sam.

What story would you write? "Sam Lutfi has been unfairly treated by the media. Fans have come out with new details..."

It's odd how hard you are trying at this story, given the court order was for tomorrow. Sam's "It's for the best" between Britney and I, is another show of manipulation and trying to keep up appearances.

He is welcome no where. Same is Marquise de Merteuil, in "Dangerous Liaisons." The public hoots at him.

94. 96. Timberlake was a long time ago and before Britneys problems really started to surface. Go back and read post 71. I explained why the Spears basicly lied and twisted the facts pertaining to the restraining order. Bottom line was to remove Sam from the picture so Jamie could take over as her conservator. The Spears knew that Sam would assist Britney in fighting the conservatorship.
Why you think Sam avoided service of the order for so long and then willingly walked out of his apartment and accepted it? He did so in order to legally still communicate with Britney and act on her wishes. Who do think assisted Britney in hiring Jon Earderly? It was Sam....

Sweetheart, they have a case against him, or there wouldn't have been an issue of an RSO (restraining order) in the first place, nor a continuation now.

Innocent people battle for their rights. Sam conceded his, or admitted he had none.

What right does he have to have access to Britney now. He's not family. He's not officially "paid" or an employee of Brit's. He's a predator.

Why do you think he hasn't directly spoken to the press since the RSO was served?

Why do you think he isn't talking now, he that was so eager to interview with US magazine, not once but twice since he lost "custody" over Miss Spears?

He won't get a jury, unless he is subject to a crime and even then it depends I believe on the level of the crime.

I think he compromised to avoid testifying tomorrow.

103. It appears that the majority of the hate and demonizing directed at Sam and Adnan is partially based on both men being of Arabic ancestery. I base that on numerous racial comments that have been posted in reference to their ancestery.
Sam Lufti is an American born U.S citizen.
I keep reading of these crimes Sam has supposedly committed, yet not one of you can produce any FACTUAL proof of wrong doing. And if both Sam and Adnan are truely low lifes, what does that say about Britney Spears and her choices where men are concerned?
