Hardy House Fire Ruled "Undetermined"

TMZ just spoke to Captain Bruner of the Cameron Fire Department -- and he told us the Moore County Fire Department has ruled the cause of the fire that claimed wrestler Jeff Hardy's home as "undetermined."

Bruner said around 11:30 PM the blaze was "paged out as a wildfire" -- because the citizens that made the call only saw the fire through some woods. Three minutes later another call was made -- this time specifically naming the Hardy residence as the location of the fire.

When firemen arrived at the scene, Hardy's home was "fully engulfed." Because the home was "burnt so bad," the Moore County Fire officials investigating the blaze ruled it "undetermined."

Foul play on the part of Jeff Hardy is not being investigated -- because Jeff Hardy told Captain Bruner that he didn't have insurance on his home.

31. What a clever way to get rid of a dog you do not want. Burn down your
house (trailer) and then have the media report that you do not have
any insurance so the fire must of been an accident.

32. there's no way he killed his dog on accident thats just stupid

MENZA the first trailer was his studio he likes to make music on the side
the second trailer is his actual home

Where does your "logic "even come from?

You obviously have no idea what you're talking about and I'm sick of all of the ignorant dolts that have posted nonsense on this topic.

34. to all the jackoffs, who are talking shi8t about Jeff....DO YOU EVEN KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT? EXCEPT ALL THE CRAP ON STUPID UNFACTUAL WEBSITES?
Jeff is an amzing wrestler and a very unique person and should be treated with respect for all the work he has done.
I have been a fan of his for years, i support him 110%

I hope he and Beth are ok (: and get through this...

(oh and btw, Jeff lived in a small house not a trailer, he chose to live in that house cos he isn't bothered about being flashy and showing off! there are more important things in the world then big houses and flash cars)

35. I feel very sad for jeff at this time especially because he lost his dog in the fire. As wrestling fans would know jeff has given a lot to the fans and wwe over the past few years and although he has personal problems in his life, they shouldnt be brought into wrestling.. and people shouldnt be judging him because of it and it has now made aware that he hasnt been suspended over steroid abuse. I just think it is suspicious that there has been a fire but not only has jeff lost his home so has his girlfriend. Both Matt and Jeff have had a hard time over the last year or so, and now I think its about time people should be focused on their wrestling and not their private lives.

39. How do you like your dog, medium rare?

40. This is the real story folks. While he did not have insurance on his
place of living, he did have life insurance on his dog. He had blood
and tissue samples of his dog sent to Switzerland where he plans to
have his dog cloned.

41. living in a double wide does not mean you are broke. in NC its a normal way of life and some people

Normal way of life for rednecks!!

I'm from NC and I go there every few weeks.

People who live in double wides are redneck, or poor. Trailers are cheaply made.

42. 21. IMPORTANT

Just to shed some more light on this story for you, Jeff and his brother Matt DO live on the same plot of land, as do their father. The Hardy land is about 100 acres of good old North Carolina sticks. And basically, I don't know if TMZ is reporting correctly. Jeff' has a double wide trailer, but he doesn't live in it? Here's a picture of said trailer.

He has bought that trailer from his father, and used it to store recording equipment for his music, until he was forced to move it all to his brothers house, because of water leaking i believe.

But the place Jeff LIVED, not a double wide trailer. Here is a picture of Jeff's HOUSE

http://www.hardyzfanteam.de/BilderJeff/2002/RAWMagOkt/13.jpg

He had said he payed for it all in full, because he didn't want to be retired from wrestling, and have to pay off his house later down the line. Pretty sound logic i believe, even if not having fire insurance though might not have been.

YOU'RE STILL BREATHING JEFF. STAY STRONG

Come-on Menza..That's a double wide!!!!

43. Ok, first off. Who cares if it was a double wide....I would prefer a doublewide over a home...even a nice trailer. They are less expensive to heat and cool and most doublewides now adays look as nice if not nicer than a new home. I love Jeff and Matt Hardy. I also love the fact that they are down home country boys from the south and didn't let fame totally get to their heads, and will still talk to people instead of snobbing their noses at them. As for Jeff not having insurance on his home...I'm sorry Jeff...but that was plain stupidity. I know...everyone thinks..it will never happen to me. Sometimes lifes lessons are learned much too late. I know the next home he purchases will have insurance on it. He won't make the same mistake twice...well in this case. There were alot of things lost in that fire that can't be replaced including his beloved dog. I feel for him very much right now. And to the guy wanting to know about how you can classify doublewide as home..its actually a modular...which is set on a permanent foundation...therefore it is classified a home and can be insured by homeowners insurance. Sometimes we all think we have a little more time to do something before something bad happens....and usually more often than not...something comes up and bites us in the ass too hard and too fast. Done it to Jeff. I'm betting he's learned his lesson in alot these past couple weeks and he will come back much better than before.

44. All the sickos posting "how do you like your dog cooked or medium well " or what the hell ever need to get some couth about yourself and learn when to respect someone-regardless of whether you hate them or love them. Isn't the simple fact that two human beings and an innocent animal were harmed or lost everything enough to stifle these ridiculous remarks? I am guessing most of you are not even familiar with Jeff Hardy or Beth Britt or anything about them. Have you ever spoken to them, met them, seen them as the people they are-not just the superstar? If you have, then you know how genuine and caring and respectful they are of their fellow humans and their great love for animals. Knowing Jeff as I do, I can guarantee there is NO WAY IN HELL HE HARMED HIS OWN LITTLE JACK!

And just for the record, many in rural areas live in smaller homes or double-wides or trailers and that doesn't mean they are penniless or poor, or stupid, or whatever-they are just what people choose to live in. And believe it or not, not everyone has fire insurance or even life insurance-its a personal choice-albeit it may not be the wisest decision but nonetheless-respect and individual's right to freedom of personal choice-this is AMERICA FOR GOD'S SAKE!!

I love you Jeff and Beth, and am very sorry Jack did not survive. My heart goes out to you and my prayers are with you. GOD BLESS! And for all the jokers on here, saying a prayer for you to grow a heart!

45. Some of you people are sick and heartless! The poor guy lost his house and his pet, how evil can you people be?? Who gives a crap what kind of home he lived in...it was HIS HOME that caught on fire, that he probably had to watch burn to the ground, knowing that all his possesions and his dog were inside and he couldn't do anything about it. Have a freaking heart people. All you that are leaving those terrible comments about Jeff's dog make me sick. What if it were you...how would you feel? I totally love the Hardys, I've met Matt twice now, the last time was actually a week ago! Matt was so unbelievably sweet, and I hear Jeff is just as sweet. Neither Jeff nor Matt deserve to be talked about in this horrific matter! Get a freaking life.
