49. #18, I have to agree. This isn't the same as Chris Benoit. Though we differ on what happend to him (I personally think it was brain damage, not steriods), Chris' situation was far more serious! What happened to Jeff could happen to anyone, insurance or not! And, as far as I know, Jeff didn't kill anyone. The only thing the two men had in common was that they were both wrestlers.

I get so tired of hearing about the steriod thing and wrestlers. In case you haven't been paying attention, its a problem across the board. Its been in baseball for quite awhile and, last I heard, even non-athletic entertainers are being investigated so it isn't a "wrestler-only" issue.

- Jeff Hardy lived in a doublewide trailer.

- Jeff Hardy was suspended for drug use. It has been privately discussed amongst the wrestling media that his drug of choice was acid.

- Jeff Hardy is self-desctructive, in the same manner Chris Benoit was.

- 99.9% of Hardy Boyz fans are obese 20-something year old women... who have smelly ugly faces.

- And even on an acid trip, Jeff Hardy still wouldn't touch any of the 99.9 % of his fans.

56. All of you people that are saying Jeff Hardy is a retard and knows nothing and is a pothead are really stupid. You know nothiing about him. I'm pretty sure that you haven't read the Hardys' book Exist 2 Inspire or seen their DVD Twist of Fate. You would know that Jeff lives in a small house because he doesn't believe in flashy houses and cars. His double wide trailer was his recording studio for his band Perwhy?gen. You would also know that he is highly unorthodox from the book, the DVD, and watching him wrestle and that he probrably doesn't believe in insurance and all of that other crap. So if you know nothing about him or his life, you better get your facts straight.

57. You people are sick! How can you sit there are say horrible things about the death of his dog and about him in general. How can you sit there and talk trash about him living in a trailer and that because he lives in a trailer he must be poor. He lives in a trailer because even through he probably does have a lot of money he doesn't care about having expensive things. He doesn't need a big expensive house for people to look at and know that he's rich. This has been a horrible week for jeff (starting with his suspension) and all you people do is just sit there and talk crap abut him when obiously you people know nothing about him. Jeff is an incredibly talented person both in the ring an out (jeff is also an arist, you sick inconsderate pigs probably didn't know that considerng you just say terrible things about people you have no clue about) and he does not deserve to be ridiculed be you, especialy right now when he and is girlfriend Beth need all the support that can get right now.

I take issue with that comment. Jeff Hardy may be self-destructive but to compare him to Chris Benoit is rather low. As far as I know, Jeff's actions has never killed anyone and he hasn't tried to kill himself.

Its hard for me to say since I was a big Chris Benoit fan when he was alive but this situation and Benoit's are totally different. I don't see the comparison.

60. I am completely shocked at some of you fools who actually have the nerve to make such horrible comments about someone that you have never even met before! First of all Jeff is wonderful person with a huge heart and would do anything for anybody. Second of all, just to fill some of you morons in, in NC a double wide is very common and it is not just homes for the poor. Jeff makes more money in one match than most of you probably make in an entire year but he doesn't feel the need to flaunt it around like most of you probably would if given the chance. Use a little bit of your "intelligence" to figure out that he OBVIOUSLY paid for the trialer in full before moving in. Either wya it is none of any of yours concern and what you should be doing is praying for him and his family as he has just lost almost everything that he owned including his beloved dog!!!!! If you don't care for Jeff then stay out of his buisness and quit "wasting your time" make such hateful comments about him because it is obvious you have never met him and have no clue waht he is going through.
