Larry Birkhead has just testified in the Bahamas in the inquest involving the death of Daniel Smith, Anna Nicole's son. Some of the testimony about drugs is pretty shocking.


Birkhead testified that in April 2006, Anna realized some of her Methadone was missing in her Studio City home. Birkhead said Anna had surveillance cameras in the house, checked them and found video proof that Daniel and his buddies were the culprits.

While Birkhead was under oath, he was asked about statements he made to the cops back in 2006, when he was at war with Anna. He had told police he saw Howard K. Stern smoke pot with Anna and Daniel. During his testimony, Birkhead said he was not completely clear on what he saw.

UPDATE: Birkhead also told cops Anna had given Daniel Ecstasy, but on the stand Birkhead said he couldn't say this actually happened.

Birkhead said Daniel's personality completely changed between January 2006 and May. He saw Daniel throw a TV through a window. Daniel often stayed out all night long and Anna was worried.

Also, Daniel was admitted to an L.A. hospital for misuse of valium in mid July, 2006.

Howard K. testifies tomorrow.

Interesting facts on the clown video from Art Harris just posted. I am really truly believing to think those whole thing was a lynch mob. I have to admit I had some serious questions about Howard K. Stern at first but only because I thought some people on this blog raised some points which I believed at first but now the obvious is really starting to show through. At least I can be rest assured that I never ever called him a murderer.

576. I believe it's true that Daniel was using Drugs. Anna had kicked him out, thinking that would help. But Anna was so high on drugs all the times, I imagine that Daniel thought it would be okay if he used drugs. I think they have been trying to protect Daniel. But they have to tell the truth at an inquest. I still wish some other people who seem the video shot of a vehicle parked in front of the Hosptial with someone helping a weaving person into the hospital would come forward. When they annoucned Daniels death, I think it was on CNN, but not sure it was CNN, that video was shown and of course, I thought it had to be Daniel and someone helping him into the hosptial because he could not walk straight. I can't be the only person whe saw this video of the front of the hosptial when Daniel's death was announced.

Did you mean the way Hollywood never said a peep about Heath Ledger until the end?
Some people lay low when using drugs. Prescription drugs isn't exactly a house on fire.

What I find addictive and dangerous is total strangesr thinking they have a right to scrutinize and judge total stranger's lives. Life must be so boring or too overwheliming for people to act this way. Get busy, do something creative. Unplug the PC and get a life.
