46. Since none of us really knew Danial Smith... How can we say he was an angel? He probably used drugs on his own.. lots of young people do. I see no reason for Larry or Howard to lie... Maybe to lie when the kid was alive so he would not get in the press as a drug user, but not to lie after his death. Howard K Stern isn't even in the will... Larry Birkead is the legitimate father. In my opinion it is Virgie. She had no part in Anna's or Daniel's life for years and now she wants to take the child. I don't think that was the intention of Anna Nichole. Larry is a good father.. Don't fault the guy.

Birkhead said Anna had surveillance cameras in the house, checked them and found video proof that Daniel and his buddies were the culprits.

While Birkhead was under oath, he was asked about statements he made to the cops back in 2006, when he was at war with Anna. He had told police he saw Howard K. Stern smoke pot with Anna and Daniel. During his testimony, Birkhead said he was not completely clear on what he saw.

LOS ANGELES—A Los Angeles judge has issued a ruling on a search of a computer seized from a psychiatrist in an investigation of drug prescriptions issued to Anna Nicole Smith after her overdose death last year.

An attorney for Dr. Khristine Eroshevich sought Monday to have the computer returned to avoid compromising the privacy of other patients.

But after a hearing in chambers, Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler ruled that a court officer will use a special program to search the computer and turn over any relevant doc *** uments to investigators.

Smith died of an accidental drug overdose in Florida in February 2007.

In October, California Department of Justice agents raided homes and offices of doctors who prescribed drugs to the former Playboy Playmate.

59. Only sane person, you need to do some research. Virgie NEVER AT ANY TIME was trying to take custody away from the father. That is a myth that has been spun by the Sternoids.

Larry and Howard should both be prosecuted for PERJURY IMO as both have seemingly lied under oath. Howard did, we know in Seidlin's court, more than once.

Larry is either committing perjury now or he did so when he gave his statement to the police under oath. You can't have it both ways.

Where are the video tapes from the security cameras he says Anna had? And if I'm not mistaken, she got security to keep Larry Birkhead away from her house. That is also why she moved to the Bahamas. And if she really planned to stay there as Howard claims, what were her plans about the Studio City house? Howard, imo lied to her about that. For all we know, she told him to sell it and he told her it had been or was listed for sale.

Everything about Howard and Larry reek of lies, especially now that we can look back at all their statements and actions IN RETROSPECT! Had they co-operated and not caused all the unnecessary delays, all this could have been swept under the rug and we may have not seen the true Howard and Larry and their band of thieves imo!
