62. Unfukinbelievable, Larry the baby-pimp. Anna and Daniel are dead, so the truth is now irrelevant, right? You may as well take what you can of Howard K(iller) Stern's leftovers: the baby, the money, the "fame (if you can call it that)." 63. 52. Daniel was abusing Valium just weeks before his death, his medical records prove that. I don't know why it's such a stretch to think he could have been abusing other meds. He grew up watching his mother pop pills.

Why would TMZ comment about Virgie asking to include them in the lawsuit? The judge has to first ok it. What is she even suing him for anyway. If it is because people post comments that she is a fat gross pig who abused her daughter well that is common knowledge. That she hooked up with her step-brother and had a kid, well that is common knowledge. That she is only after the money, everyone knows that.
Federal court of appeals up held ruling on Fri. that says a site owner can not be held liable for what people post on the site. So what is she suing him for?

69. While Birkhead was under oath, he was asked about statements he made to the cops back in 2006, when he was at war with Anna. He had told police he saw Howard K. Stern smoke pot with Anna and Daniel. During his testimony, Birkhead said he was not completely clear on what he saw.

74. Nadine, you are right. I remember that Larry Birkhead's testimony and statement to the police was not needed. This is something he butted in on - just like he and his sister, Judy Birkhead did at the burial hearing. They created huge legal bills and then he refuses to pay!

The only thing Larry has apparantly told the truth on is his being the sperm donor for Dannielynn.
