You are soooo right #4/BeverlyHIll: I myself said day 1 that howard is 100% behind daniel's death; probably crushed the meth and put it in danny's pepsi can; and anna knew it too, that is why she had to die; birkbutt's story changed daily, he can't be trusted either; and he's been pimpin' out that baby since the day he got his mitts on her; something tells me virgie would have been the lesser of these evils in terms of raising that baby; and shame on howard for trying to set up big mo and his wife; the wife knows that howard is behind both anna and danny's death and that he tried to set her up by having her babysit an already dead anna when he went out to "shop for a yacht", that was the lamest alibi. Karma is a bitch,and she will always get hers in the end.

Birkhead said Anna had surveillance cameras in the house, checked them and found video proof that Daniel and his buddies were the culprits.

While Birkhead was under oath, he was asked about statements he made to the cops back in 2006, when he was at war with Anna. He had told police he saw Howard K. Stern smoke pot with Anna and Daniel. During his testimony, Birkhead said he was not completely clear on what he saw.

104. I am not surprised. Anna obviously had a major drug problem and her "show" of affection for daniel wasn't enough. He needed a sober mother. But for whatever reason anna wanted fame, and at a high cost. I am sure that Larry and howard were enablers during their time with Anna. It is a shame that her son and she both paid the price with their lives.
