Brit's Lawyers -- Oh the Irony!

So we just read the order forcing Britney to pay $375,000 for K-Daddy's legal bill. Here's what jumped out at us.
Click to read documents!
In the order issued by Commish Scott Gordon, he notes that disso queen Laura Wasser charged Brit $164,972 in legal fees. Remember, Wasser handled the case for 10 months. She's the one who handled the divorce and fought for joint custody and dealt with Brit during the meltdown.

After Wasser quit, Brit hired Trope and Trope to rep her. On Trope's watch, Brit lost custody and visitation. Their bill for five months? $685,985.22 (the 22 cents is a killer). In fairness, Brit's craziness made it impossible for the Commish to do anything but strip her of custody. But seriously, $685,985.22???!!!

So what did Shakespeare say again?

61. "The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers". - (Part 2, Act IV, Scene II).

Has TMZ actually read the play? If you read the quote it does suggest that lawyers are complained about. This line is a praise of lawyers. The characters talking about this (villains!) actually want to remove the "guardians of free thinking" so as to further their own cause: by getting rid of the lawyers it would ease the way to tyranny, as lawyers would try to stand in the way of revolution.

I would say it's much more appropriate to compare that quote to Lutfi talking about Lynne!
Actually, "I am not what I am" by Iago (from Othello, Scene I) may be more appropriate for Lutfi.

-----------------------------

"Reputation is an idle and most false imposition; oft got without merit and lost without deserving." Iago, scene iii (Othello)
