19. I find it hard to believe that the average woman would have to pay not only child support, alimony and her exes lawyer fees: this is all happening because she is famous. Kevin is getting more than I make working full time ain a whole year just for getting a famous chick knocked up and staying married long enough to collect alimony. And for the poeple who think she should have lost her kids I really hope you never see the day were you or a loved one has to battle a mental illness, get married at a young age and divorced before you first child a year old.

It has always been my understanding, that in a divorce case, the party who has the more substantial funds pays some of the other party's legal fees to equalize the two parties abilities to hire experienced and competent lawyers.

It has nothing to do with who is "winning" or "losing" a case. In a divorce, there are no winners or losers. A divorce is just a dissolution of a marriage. The court then tries to divide up the assets of marriage between the two parties.

Custody is the hardest thing for the courts to decide. When the children are of "tender years", as the Spear's children are, primary custody is usually given to the mother. The court must have "just cause" to not have given Britney any custody at all.

30. You clearly don't know the law. Sean and JJ are entitled to live the luxurious life they were brought into, and since Kevin has custody because Britney's a drug addicted tramp, she must pay up. It would be the same exact way if Kevin was the one with the money and Britney had custody. The law does not care if someone is a 'man' or not. Perhaps you SHOULD try to get more support.
