Kristin Davis, B/F, B/F's Friend -- Bad Three-Way

So those Kristin Davis photos making the rounds ... We've now been in touch with someone involved in the whole deal, and here's what we know.

The photos, we're told, were snapped in 1992 by an ex-boyfriend. That's right, they are just photos -- no sex tape, fellas! According to reports, 20 photos are making the rounds, but actually it's not quite 20.

We're told the ex-boyfriend was pissed at Kristin and then sold the photos to a third party. Classy, huh?

The third party got involved in a business venture with another guy and we're told that guy pilfered the pics and they ended up online.

And now you know the rest of the story.

18. Seriously, people - this is just stupid. What two consenting adults do in their bedroom is nobody else's business. I hope she can laugh this off, because it really says nothing about who she is as a person. Celebrity these days is just ridiculous. I wish for the days when studio bosses hushed this stuff up.

23. It's definitely her. There's no doubt about that. They were taken like 20 years ago so she was quite young and naive. Plus it's not like they had the internet back then for her to worry about. She made a mistake and that's it. Oh, she is incredibly cute too.

How about you take a long look for your own brain, dufus, and realize that KRISTIN DAVIS was born in 1965, making her about 27 years old in these photos if they truly were taken in 1992. KRISTIN DAVIS is currently 43 years old, dupe.
