Neverland Animals Deserted in Desert

Jacko may have saved his beloved playland from being auctioned off, but he couldn't save the animals. Poor Bubbles!

All of Jacko's pets, including giraffes, giant pythons, parrots and a menagerie of other species, were purchased by Banjoko Nature Preserve in Arizona. The creatures are intended to be "presented center-stage at a 185 acre planned multi-million dollar wildlife preserve."

Yeah, a zoo in the desert. Ironically, the pets look happier than ever.

2. Where are the PETA people when you really need them to go after someone who deserves it? That phony oranization chasing old ladies wearing minks around, yet they let this Jacko mistreat his animals these last years since his money problems and not a peep from them.

PETA should be ashamed of giving Jacko a free pass.

7. Yeah, well we have zoos in Arizona too! I somehow find the prospect of a giraffe in Arizona a bit more reasonable than say, New York in the winter. The World Wildlife Park in Az is a pretty cool place! I'm sure this place will be too. Better than in the hands of some wack job!

10. Sorry to nit-pick TMZ... but "Deserted in the Desert" just doesn't seem like the right headline. Those animals look anything but deserted. Maybe they were at "Neverland" but to me it seems like those animals have found a "Desert Oasis". Then again ANYWHERE away from Michael Jackson is an oasis.
