33. 22. Yes, the testimony is over with, the press articles have stated as such regarding all testimony.

The jury will probably deliberate tomorrow and that's that. All the propagandists and liars can pack it in and start facing the truth of a story none of them never understood for what it really was and never understood any of the characters involved. Instead of having the ability to read people and lives, they took themselves off on a wild goose chase created in their own minds.

36. Ok, i listened to Bahama radio update a few minutes ago. The witnesses are done. The inquest resumes Thursday with final submissions from the attornies and then it is given to the jurors to decide.

Stern denied flushing pills per prior testimony. Also said no meth in duffle bag at hospital just clothes (against what Larry testified). Said he never saw Daniel take drugs. Said he never saw anna give daniel drugs. Never saw Daniel take drugs from the fridge. He took one picture of Daniel after he died. Ford Shelley said he took 3-4 pictures.

That's about it. No mention of any statements.

You would think that this place is nothing but Vergie Arthur supporters. I might not be Larry Birkhead's biggest supporter
but I dont come running here to trash him whenever I can.

Remember, it was one of Vergie Arthur's son who was actually shot shot in the head with a loaded gun that was lying around the house. So You can hate Howard and Larry all you want, but its the two of them whose keeping Dannielynn safe from "Mommy Dearest".

43. Stern said when he first learned that the toxicology report said that Methadone or any other medication was in Daniel's system, he didn't believe it.


He seemed convinced it was an accident not suicide before the Toxicology reports all came back.... How could he think it was an accident, when he did not know what killed him..

KING: What are the latest test results on the cause of death of Daniel?

STERN: We're still waiting. You know, we're still waiting to find out what the cause is. We got some initial toxicology reports from the Doctor's Hospital, which came out negative, except for a medication called Lexapro but we also now have an indication that there may have been other prescriptive medication in his system but we don't know, you know, if that would have contributed to his death or not.

KING: Now, Lexapro is an antidepressant, right?

STERN: Yes, I'm not too familiar with how medications work but, yes, it's an antidepressant.

KING: You have no doubt in your mind then that it was accidental?

STERN: There's just no way that Daniel would have taken his life, I mean he was so, so excited to come here and see his mom and be with his sister. You know, I talked to him on the car ride when I picked him up from the airport, and I just -- I couldn't fathom that he would have done this intentionally. (inaudible) at this point...

44. Stern, who is the executor of Anna Nicole's estate, denied ever giving Daniel any drugs.

He also rejected previous testimony by Ford Shelley, the son-in-law of a developer who was embroiled in an ownership dispute over the Bahamas estate where Anna Nicole lived, who claimed the late reality TV star kept her numerous prescription drugs in a duffel bag.

"Anna did not have 300 bottles of drugs filling up a duffel bag like the world wants to think," Stern said.......................

"Stern was the last witness to testify before a seven-member jury that will formally determine what killed Daniel and has the power to recommend criminal charges if it finds evidence of wrongdoing.

The judge was scheduled to turn the case over to the jury for deliberations on Thursday."

45. 1st of all Howard K. Stern loved Anna. He loves her still. I know first hand. 2nd Anna was in rehab long before Howard. You people are very quick to judge. This is his life. It is heartbreaking that she is gone. Howard is still standing up for her and defending himself when he did nothing wrong.
