661. Does the magistrate and the jurors have to go solely on the evidence presented? If that is the case then we too if on the jury would be limited in what conclusion we could give. I find it disturbing that some people who could have had information crucial to the case could not be made to testify. I am very curious as to why Larry changed his story if he did. Could it have been done intentionally to throw the jury off? To put doubt in their minds? I don't know just asking? Were the nannies missing in action? I hope in the end the truth will prevail whatever it is. Karma is still around the bend so these people has better watch out she gets you just when you least expect it. Remember it is true what goes around comes around. If Howard is innocent so be it but someone gave Daniel those drugs the question is who. Anyone know all the sworn depositions of people that didn't appear to testify that was admitted into evidence if there were any? I have my suspicions that I have never written on this board but I am a nobody where this is concerned so I will leave it to the people who do this for a living and the posters who so eloquently stated many time that Howard is a smart man may have known exactly what they were saying because that seems to be the case as bad as I hate to admit it.

668. Daniel Wayne Smith commited suicide in the grimmest of ways in order to draw attention to himself in the most outrageous way.

DWS knowingly consumed a lethal amount of methadone obtained from a bottle kept in his mothers room.

He boldly stole the pills in order to ease his discomfort.

To all the lovely bloggers who have been posting for the past year,

It was my initial instinct that Daniel took his own life in such a way that is the only way to be noticed once in his life.

In a grim twist of fate, he knowingly ended his life, by the fate of his own mothers vice.

I told you he looked like a sick, depressed and drug addicted youth, common in todays society.

To those of you who so pompously declared it was murder, YOU ARE WRONG,

670. IMHO Homicide was taken off the table for Howard to agree to come and testify. Kind of like a plea bargain...

Bet you will have to extradite him back to states for any legal action here and then there will be, again, a plea bargain taking place.... He will hide in the Bahamas and ask for their protection. They will grant him an emergency residency...
