82. 49. 44. 1st of all Howard K. Stern loved Anna. He loves her still. I know first hand. 2nd Anna was in rehab long before Howard. You people are very quick to judge. This is his life. It is heartbreaking that she is gone. Howard is still standing up for her and defending himself when he did nothing wrong.

You are absolutely right, Howard's testimony was the ONLY honorable testimony given by someone who truly knew and loved both Daniel and Anna. His testimony stands out among the thief Shelley, and the contradictions uttered indiscriminately by Larry going way back to Debra Opri, the mouthpiece.

Howard's testimony and his demeanor as he gave it was the last the jurors heard before recess of the court.

May God forgive the liars who stoked the flames of hate and conspiracy tangents for so long, including the media whores who drove the bogus story from day one, as well as the backstabbing bloggers among us hiding in their caves and 'safe' havens spewing their venom daily.

86. I think you get the closest to the truth with Howard. He showed remarkable lack of common sense falling for this troubled woman, but he's not the first. The kid's mom was so seductive with the boy --- he was a head case, no doubt. She related to him, by turns, as her suitor or her OTHER puppy dog. It's not good for a kid. They were a train wreck, and I hope the next lady he gets involved with has a few less bats in the belfry from a troubled childhood and WAY-Y-Y too much fame for her intellect.

88. Yes, the testimony is over with, the press articles have stated as such regarding all testimony.

The jury will probably deliberate tomorrow and that's that. All the propagandists and liars can pack it in and start facing the truth of a story none of them never understood for what it really was and never understood any of the characters involved. Instead of having the ability to read people and lives, they took themselves off on a wild goose chase created in their own minds.

Once again, I was able to speak to a source who was present in the courtroom.

Jack Harding nor Melanie Thompson were present today as expected. The Nannies were also missing and their statement was not allowed into evidence. The statement from the nurse that has not been able to be located was allowed. She had said that Howard left the hospital twice on the early morning hours of September 10th.. Once for food and then again for unknown purposes.

Howard testified that he loved Daniel like a brother and never thought that he would kill himself. He admitted taking the picture of Daniel after he died and was being cradled in his mothers arms. He testified that he was asked to take the picture by Anna Nicole and if he had to do it all over again, he would still take the picture. Howard also stated that he had no idea that Daniel was using any type of medication, prescribed for him or otherwise.

Howard also testified that he did not carry any drugs for Anna Nicole. He has no knowledge of a duffel bag. He said that Anna Nicole took care of her own drugs. She prepared and administered them to herself, he said.

Witness testimony is concluded. The court will reconvene on Thursday morning where there will be summations heard by the court. The jury will then deliberate and if any decision is made other than suicide or accidental death, there will be more investigation by Bahamian authorities and possibly the United States will then become involved.
