Okay...I'll try to say this as plainly as possible...IF you were going to get a job serving liquor...why would you get a fake id that said you were UNDERAGE for the next 3 years...most of us who have ever TRIED to get a fake id when we were in high school always made ourselves OLDER than we really were...Now with that being said...IF an AGENT for the TRUMP organization...his COMPANY or anyone else acting on behalf of Donald Trump hired this girl knowing fair well that she was underage, Trump is RESPONSIBLE for the agents behavior and ULTIMATELY the hiring of a girl who can't even stay out past midnight let alone serve liquor to anyone including THE POPE....that is the way the law works in the UNITED STATES...look it up..I had to when I was in LAW SCHOOL.

26. #10 - my daughter and son in law are 23, but they have been serving in AZ long before they were 21. He was actually fired for having a drunk woman at one of his tables when he was 19. I argued that it was unfair to fire someone for "overserving" when they aren't legally old enough to drink themselves. He said he only served her two drinks and she must have come in drunk. In AZ (and CA, where I live) the legally drinking age is 21, but servers can take orders and serve alcohol at 18 as long as they don't mix the drinks or go behind the bar. It's stupid, but on the other hand, places like TGIF, Applebee's and Chili's who count on the college kids for employees, would have a hard time finding servers.
