I'm sure that the only reason that her lawyer is now making the claim of her being underage, is so Joe will have to -once again- extend his earlier offer of a million dollars to have her "work" with them. I'm sure she was all proud of herself when the offer was extended. The fact that she never said she had already been filmed by Girls Gone Wild, would tell me that she was, more than likely, going to accept the offer and now she's ticked off that her money train left the station without her. I say that even if it turns out that she was 17 and somehow the footage cannot be used (for whatever reason) he should NOT extend the offer again. I'm sure it won't take her long after that before she attempts to renegotiate for the original footage....at a clearance sale price.

55. So sad that some young girls look at this type of behavior and learn that all they have to do to become "famous" is strip and sleep their way to "fame" and fortune. Why would any little girl who hasn't been taught self-respect waste her time excelling at a true talent when all she has to do is get naked and act like a whore?
